The afternoon front desk person was rude and not helpful. Don't expect a lot of help with directions / attractions, etc. No A/C in room. Hotel location was tough to find. Recommend spending a bit more for a mainstream hotel closer to the circle. more

Well, I never though that it is possible to write something bad about Vienna; but I have been to Harmonie Hotel (Best Western?!) and now I do. we were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel.
