Location good but go to an I-Centre and get a map. Room spacious enough for old town areas. No aircon. and bit stuffy without air circulation. Helpful staff (as far as their own knowledge goes). Ask for Tea & Coffee facilities as not provided. Fairly cramped bathroom. (90+Kg not practical)
