This hotel is a serene retreat from the busy city of Vienna. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a fine selection of hot and cold organic foodstuffs. There was even sparkling wine! After a day of sightseeing, it was a pleasure to return to the hotel for tea in the library, where tea and... More

Well-located, only an easy 10-15 minutes from the City Hall and museum quartier. Modern hotel. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, free (fast) wifi, friendly and helpful staff, unusually good breakfast buffet (e.g. FRESH squeezed juices) with great service. Cannot think of anything that was not as good as a hotel can be and MUCH better than most hotels that we stay at.

The hotel decor is fabulous, staff is so friendly and attentive, the rooms sparkle, the bed and pillows are great. Overall money well spent. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Location is okay, but hotel and amenities make up for the walk.

We stayed for 4 nights in a suite on the 5th floor. Everything about this hotel is wonderful and it is a great example of boutique service. The art work and dance themed paintings are noticeable from the reception which stands in front of a huge screen showing ballet. The room was just spacious enough for two with a high... More

Everything to be expected was provided, and more. I arrived way too early at 11am and I didn't expect the room was ready. I didn't ask, it was the receptionist, Michael, (I've forgotten his last name) who asked if I'd like to have a room then. He was very nice giving me some basic information about the immediate neighbourhood and... More

We stayed 4 nights during the summer and enjoyed every minute. The hotel is located conveniently on the D streetcar line, the Strassenbahn that can get you anywhere along the Ringstrasse within a half hour. The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is the best we've had in Europe, with a luxurious buffet, made-to-order coffee (this is... More

Great hotel for its value. Very clean and extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Along with your hotel room we received a free breakfast that was fit for a king. I am used to the a"American" free breakfast and this puts those to shame.

Where to start..., room was very nice, modern, stylish. This is how i imagine modern hotel. Breakfast was rich, with everything you want in the morning. Parking is just around the corner, so no issue. I strongly recommend this hotel even for see sights since its close to the center.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in the beginning of June. The room was small, overlooking a construction site but absolutely no issues with noise! Additionally the price was excellent including free wifi! The room was very well kept and I have to say little details such as the spotless (from inside) kettle do make a difference. The... More

Staying in Serviten Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
Serviten Quarter
The Serviten Quarter is an inner city neighborhood with many private charms. Popular with French and American expats, Sigmund Freud’s neighborhood boasts his former practice and apartments, now turned into a museum. Stunning Liechtenstein Garden Palace houses the private art collection of Prince Adam of Liechtenstein. Romantic Strudlhofstiege close to the palace is a fantastic photo spot. With their small independent shops and eateries, the main streets of Liechtensteinstrasse, Porzellangasse and Servitengasse reveal much of this area’s character. Peek into baroque Serviten Church, with its richly decorated dome and walls. At the Old Jewish cemetery in Seegasse you can see one of the most precious cemeteries in Europe with tombstones almost 500 years old.
