Very impressed with the building from the outside but once you enter the building you realize the bad state of it.Everywhere you looked you could see the slow decay and the lack of means to repair.Another disappointing thing was the very weak wi fi signal .Even if I got an upgrade overall impression stay the same.Very disappointing for a 4... Typical example of looking really great on pictures but not a place I'd recommend in reality. First impression on arrival was overal nice looking, pretty much like the pictures (castle-like) on the outside. But from close up you could already see the hotel was not so fresh anymore. And that was pretty much the leit-motiv of our entire stay. Given,... More

This must have been beautiful once. However whoever did the make over seemed to miss the point that beautiful old high ceilings and plaster work should have matching furniture and general styling. A hideous divider in the restaurant and cheap furniture in the bedrooms with thin cheap duvets made the place feel like a below average conference centre. Hotel computer... More

The building is very nice and noble reflecting its history. The rooms are very clean but there is no internet in the rooms. Tv cannot be watched from the bed. Dinner is good. Breakfast is average. A lot of mosquitos in the breakfast area. To have a walk around the hotel is really nice. There is a brasserie very close... More

We stayed in the Wilhelminenberg in June 2013 -the World Meeting of BMW 8 series cars was taking place there. Finding the place was not easy-even with an up-to-date navigation system. it was up on the hill with terribly maintained roads which for a low suspension sports car was the absolute horror! It really looks stunning-a white stone palace on... More

I stayed with my family for one night in August at Schloss Wilhelminenberg. The place is really beautiful, and properly maintained considering the size of the building. The maisonettes (business plus) rooms are larger than it seems in the pictures, very confortable and also dark during the night thanks to the heavy curtains. There is no air conditioning and this... We are delighted with this hotel. The rooms are lovely with magnificent views over Vienna and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good and the service excellent. my only criticism is there a no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Would definitely stay here again but maybe... More

It is hard to write anything new about this lovely hotel. It is still lovely just like one and a half years ago. Last time we had stayed in a standard room that had been a bit below our expectations, but this time the delux for 3 proved to be an excellent choice. Nice room with a breathtaking view to... More

From the Booking photos we expected this hotel to be extremely pleasant but we had an unpleasant surprise. All the hotel is very poorly maintained, the elevator is very old, the floors are broken, the carpets stained, the room very cold (we had to turn on the heaters) and the staff not very eager to help. Also, it is pretty... More

It looks amazing as you drive up to it. A beautiful old castle on the outskirts of Vienna. We had a conference here. As far as conference venues goes, it's good. The hotel is secluded so no congress attendees can escape, and the big meeting room is well proportioned. A little odd having lunch served in the hotel foyer... You... More
