We were 4 women and 5 children on a tennis tour in Vienna. We arrived to the hotel early in the morning. We had 3 rooms booked at this hotel and 1 room booked at Hilton. As we wished to stay all the company together we asked at the reception to book one more room at this hotel (instead of... More

Our bicycle tour company booked this hotel for us. Given the reviews we were a bit concerned. However we ended up extending our stay an extra night as the hotel was clean, convenient to metro (5 minute walk), walking distance to Prater amusement park (which may or may not be a positive to some people) and across the street from... The building and the rooms are correct but the service is very poor. We arrived by bicycle and make the check in and asked they called us when the luggage arrived. We are still waiting. The room has a problem with the switches, so we had light but the fridge and the Tv doesn't work and we couldn't charge our... More

We spent two nights in the hotel after completing our bicycle tour along the Danube. Its location was perfect for our purposes - less than 3 blocks from the cycle path along the Danube and a five minute walk to the subway. The rooms were clean and modern. Hotel has a sauna, but you needed to ask to have it... More

Very spacious, spotless rooms and en suite. Unassuming and friendly staff.... Very quiet and although it is a little outside central Vienna the metro is very cheap and runs like clockwork and is still running late into the night. A perfect spot to stay if visiting Vienna and very reasonably priced. Close to the Danube and the famous Prater and... More

This hotel is good value, bearing in mind that hotels in Vienna are generally a lot more expensive. It is a few underground stops from the old centre of the city (Red Line), and a five minute walk from the station. The location is unremarkable -residential and bland, but close to the river, if you want to stroll in that... More

Hotel was out in the Suburbs with nothing nearby for food/entertainment except 3 supermarkets! Luckily the U-Bahn is only a few minutes (6-8 min) walk away and then it's only 4 stops into the center of town. The U-Bahn seems to run all night as well which is a bonus! Hotel itself was functional and clean, nothing to write home... More

This hotel has it all. A bar, dining room, a private garden with a gazebo in the rear of the hotel, made our stay very enjoyable. Their breakfast bar, which included both traditional fare and some American dishes was very extensive and delicious. I can't say enough about the firendliness of the staff and their willingness to go our of... More

Although located in a suburban housing area without any notable distinction, the hotel was conveniently located near the metro and port (hydrofoil). Helpful front desk, pleasant interior design and spacious rooms, and accommodating kitchen staff made the stay a lovely experience.

nice hotel, friendly personnel, breakfast OK. unfortunately without AC (just a fan provided in the room), which was unpleasant especially during hot days of this June. Good connections to city center (bus station very near).
