There is no good reason to stay on this hotel. And that is a shame beacuse the location, within the Ring, near Stephansdom, the U-bahn and lots of shops, bars and restaurants is ideal. I stayed here while traveling with my fiancee last week. We found the location to be incredible (nearby to the Cathedral and a million places to eat). We had booked a room because of the location and we were not disappointed : it is closed to everything - sightseeigns, museums, bars, restaurants and shopping areas... The building is nice, the room was huge, the staff very helpful. Everything was perfect and I would certainly go back there. more

Just returned from a lovely trip to Vienna. The Mercure Wien Zentrum has the perfect location. It's just about 5 minutes from Stephansplatz, the U-Bahn and various tram stops.
