Very busy and has the atmosphere of a hostel/ bustling place. Comfy and well equipped room. Unusual and quirky touches which are great on the whole. Some extras have to be paid for - eg. sauna. Staff helpful and friendly, even though they have lots of people to look after. Rooftop bar was nice, but so many people using it,... More

Good: Cool hotel with unique design and great atmosphere. Room size as expected for a standard double room. Welcoming staff. Rooftop bar is worth a visit for a beer or a drink and nice views. Not so good: Beds a bit to hard/firm for our taste

Great location! beautiful hotel! the staff are young and extremely nice and helping. Our room was perfect, nice and clean, the bed was huge and comfortable. They have a rooftop bar which is very nice, and a burger track outside the hotel which is also great. The hotel is in walking distance from the inner city (*the center) and a... More

I can give you many reasons to stay at 25hours hotel in Vienna, but let me start first :) The first reason would be a fantastic location, very central and yet remote from the hectic of the downtown, next to the park, Rathaus and Hofburg. Second reason would be the interior - it is brilliantly contrasting with the museum style... More

You will be disappointed if you are expecting formally dressed staff in black and white ..it doesn have a formal lobby like a formal hotel..…25 hours speaks of freedom from the design to the attitude it’s about choice , a conscious choice a traveller would take to stay. Withstanding the cons and many pro’s for a traveller LIKE ME.. The... More

We are so happy that we chose this hotel online from hundreds of other hotels. From the logo outside "We are all mad here" to the funky decor of the delightful room we were in, through to the really friendly and helpful front desk team, we were very impressed. It is really well situated, central and close to everything like... More

The location was great, right near the underground for U3 and U2 but also walking distance from all the major sights. It is also right next to a really great little park so if you are travelling with young children then this is a great spot because of the facilities available in the park. The hotel itself was good but... More

The 25hours hotel at museumsquartier in Vienna is a lovely, quirky and relaxed place to stay at a central, convenient and well-connected location with excellent staff and a really friendly atmosphere. Quirky little hotel recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. I appreciate the individually, down to the staff who are sweet and welcoming. A true gem. The rooms may be odd to some, but well provisioned. Curtains full blackout (rare these days), air conditioning worked perfectly on the hottest day in years, bed very comfortable, shower is chic and the... More

Staying in Neubau

Neighborhood Profile
Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
