Great location close to Wien westbahnhof, very clean room. Wi fi worked well. The only drawback was that breakfas was not included and the room did not include a safe.Overall, a good hotel for short stays.

This Ibis is located near Westbahnhof on a busy ring road. Very loud traffic, but with the window shut it's bearable. The beds are all right, not great but you can sleep. A very bright A/C control unit lights up the room at night so you need to improvise a cover over it; at least the A/C keeps the room... More

The front desk manager told us on arrival that this is a standard IBis hotel which meant : No water in rooms No mini bar No safe No coffee maker Extra charge for breakfast AC is there is to see but keeps room warm Noise from traffic as windows are not soundproof Small bathroom In a way the only advantage... The hotel offers quality accommodation for the price. It is located near a train station(but transfers are needed if you are coming from the airport), a metro and tram station. Great location if you intend to get a public transport pass. By foot, it is a few kilometers from the major scenes(the Ring). The room is a bit small but... More

The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the West station and metro station. You could reach the main square in a ten minute metro ride and you are in the center of city. Check-in was smooth, with staff being very helpful and provided you with maps and location for places of interest. Rooms were standard in line with Ibis hotel... More

Unlike other ibis hotel in Europe this was spacious with plenty of space for luggage and spacious toilet with all amenities. i didn't have breakfast in hotel as there are many nearby fast food near by. it is very near major terminal wein westbahnhoff as well as metro and tram just opposite... Fair! Not so expensive! Good, clean rooms! Elevators, entrance area look worn out! Breakfast was outstanding except for the coffee (I am Brazilian so I like strong coffee) ! Bottom line is you get what you pay!! Last, but not least, the hotel is not so close to the city center!

This was a little run down, compared to some other hotels of the same chain. The location is two and a half blocks from the main station, but a block away from the ubahn to meidling station which was our departure station. Being close to the main station provided us an easy way to catch the u bahn around town.... More
