15 friends and associates traveling together to study art and history stayed at the Mercure Secession in Vienna for seven days and nights in April of 2014, and were very happy with our stay. The location allowed us to walk to almost every venue in the main part of Vienna, with good access to the U-bahn as needed and a... More

I fell in love with Vienna and with this hotel too. The staff is very nice. The room was large, even with a small kitchen. The bathroom was large too. The hotel has its own parking for a good price. The location is fantastic. I definately recomend this hotel and would be back for sure.

It is really too bad, staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, but if you care for sleeping.... Dont go here, could hear every move my neighbours made, changing tv channels, conversation.... Toilet flushing, laughing. And they were not talking loud. Hotel owner: Just fix this and it is a good hotel to stay and it will do justice to... More

I have kept excellent memories of my last stay in Vienna. Every thing was perfect, starting with my large hotel room, with a small kitchen. I received a warm welcome from the hotel staff. I found the location excellent, both when coming back from the opera at the Staatoper or when going to admire exhibitions at the Belvedere, at the... More

This hotel was a great place to stay. It is a quick and easy trip from Westbahnhof (need to take two different subway lines, but it is so straightforward. And when you get off at Karlsplatz, the hotel is literally right around the corner to your right, if you exit at the Secession exit). Our room was very spacious for... More

The Accor Hotels Loyalty program clearly states that Gold members should be upgraded whenever possible. In my opinion, this rule was violated. I didnt have the impression that the hotel was fully booked, which would prevent them to give me a better room than I ultimately received! Actually I was the only one having breakfast around 9.00, the hotel was... More

The only good thing about this hotel is its location -- close to Naschmarkt, the Secession building, and Stats Oper. I stayed there for three nights, but even that was too long. My room was the size of a shoebox with a bed so tiny that my feet were sticking out and touching the radiator. The in-room safe-deposit box didn't... More
