From the moment we were greeted by Konstantin (who immediately acknowledged our SPG Gold status) to the time we checked out, we were treated with professionalism and friendliness, a combination rarely achieved in the hotel industry. The room itself was stunning, and the marble bathroom was the height of luxury. For those in the theatrical professions -- everything in the... More

Very elegant hotel, fits the Vienna atmosphere very well ! Large rooms, classy interior, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, perfect location, good bar. My suite would have been perfect if it had had a separate shower.

The start was not good as when we reach our room we discovered that was not already done. So we reported the mistake at the Reception desk and we received all kind of apologies. The chief of the Reception came with us to the new selected room: A Junior Suite incredible beautiful. The bathroom was about 20 sq, meters big,... More

Wonderful, elegant, quiet, and comfortable, blocks from the Opera, Philharmonic, and palace. The staff exuded gracious charm and did everything possible to make our stay perfect. It would be hard to imagine a better place to stay--or anywhere better to get a taste of Vienna's great traditions.

This 140 year old palace turned hotel is perfect for those who want to experience old world elegance. The lobby and public areas are opulent and decorated as I imagine they would have been when the palace was new. The rooms are a balance of old world charm and new world luxury and comforts. And the service is impeccable. The... More

If you want 5-star top luxury service - this is your place. Comparable to a Ritz, this place has history and old school charm. The interior of the hotel is filled with chandeliers and old paintings. The atmosphere in here is unbelievable. The service was pretty good, concierge was super helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Vienna.

In December 2013 my wife and I spend a few nights in Vienna, the city my mother was once born. We decided to stay in the Hotel Imperial and that was absolutely the best choice we could ever have made. What a traditional, beautiful and romantic place to stay. The staff was extremely helpful and impeccable professional. The suite was... More

Located between the Old Town and the Musikverein concert hall, this hotel is the place to be if you are looking for an authentic Austrian place to stay. Recently renovated this place preserved its authenticity of the centuries. Many national and international celebrities stayed here is well. The restaurants are a bit on the pricey side but definitively worth a... More

My husband and I travel frequently and have stayed in many five star hotels on many continents. I rarely get wowed by a hotel, but this one absolutely met the mark in every area! The staff could not be any better than they are, the food could not be of a better quality, and finally my room could not have... More
