We had a great stay at the hotel, our suite room was surprisingly new and modern and comfortable bed. Hotel staffs were very welcoming and helpful. The location was super and we could walk to many amazing places around easily.

After a few days skiing around Innsbruck, we took a train to Vienna with our final destination of the Imperial. We are SPG Gold members and regularly plan our vacations around Luxury Collection hotels in cities we've never been. This hotel grabbed our attention and it did not disappoint. We were upgraded to a deluxe room and walked into it,... More

We had a wonderful stay at The Imperial Hotel in Vienna. We stayed for one night as a surprise trip for my wife due to our 20th wedding anniversary, and the Hotel helped me plan the stay over the previous months.,providing a personal touch that was perfect. The service and quality of this hotel is first class. With a special... More

Gorgeous property, immaculately furnished, beautifully maintained. The service was a highlight. We were treated so well. We stayed in a deluxe room on the fourth floor and could see the Vienna Philharmonic right across from it. We were walking distance from the Vienna State Opera and St. Stephen's Cathedral. If you're into public transport, it's a great location, with the... More

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and it completely exceeded our expectations. We booked a junior suite and the room was exceptional, beautifully decorated with extra seating, fresh plums replaced daily. We were a little concerned on entering as the room overlooked the road but there was no street noise whatsoever in the room. Every evening we returned to... More

What a wonderful hotel! This hotel is in the city centre, and easily accessible by train and underground. It is close to the shopping areas, restaurants, bars , and concert venues. The foyer on arrival, is more impressive. We had a junior suite and the second floor. It was amazing. as we entered the room, there was a large dressing... More

I stayed at The Imperial for three nights to celebrate my 25th Birthday. I am an SPG member and had been really looking forward to staying at this Hotel for some time. My expectations were truly met and the whole stay was wonderful. Excellent service, exquisite rooms and lovely food. Vienna was marvelous but it was so nice to be... More

Hotel Imperial is a favourite spot in Vienna. The hotel (very briefly) was the imperial residence in the city. It is full with history (classic and colourful!). The service impeccable and the staff/ concierge are very friendly, it is a perfect 5*. I left my iPhone charger in my suite, it was posted back to me. Also the Imperial torte... More

The Hotel Imperial is a grand old hotel, with all the charm and elegance of a bygone era and all the conveniences one could hope for. Our suite was on the front of the hotel overlooking the Ringstrasse, the room was quiet, we never heard a sound from anywhere, that along with the luxurious bed provided heavenly rest. Everywhere it... More

I was looking for a few day trip with winter spirit, and decided on Vienna and Hotel Imperial. It was near perfect: The hotel is absolutely beautiful with great service and location. The Elisabeth suite was roomy with tasteful classic decoration consisting of separate bed and living room. The bathroom was large with double sinks and good lighting, and an extra... More
