One of the best hotels I've stayed in, gracious service, fantastic rooms with fresh floral arrangements everyday. Children-friendly as well. I would highly recommend the Hotel Imperial. more

Visiting the palaces was such a big part of our trip to Vienna. The fact that we actually got to stay in a palace after visiting a palace was so much fun. The woodwork, marble bathrooms, light fixtures and draperies were stunning. Outstanding service and as for house keeping; I think they all must have master degrees in bedmaking. The... more

This is one of those hotels that is run by pros who think of everything. Our suite was plush and quiet, the mattress firm and the duvet light but warm. Generous amounts of toiletries and shower gel, delicious chocolates and (over) attentive housekeeping that came into the room several times a day to straighten up and (annoyingly) move things around... more

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms, but is unbelievably overpriced. We stayed on frequent traveler's points, but paid 100 euro per night to upgrade to a Jr. Suite. The room was like those we saw in the Shonbrun Palace...unbelievably nice, but not worth the rack rate of $1500 per night. We made the mistake of eating breakfast in their cafe one... more

Hotel Imperial in Vienna is a beautiful hotel with old european charm. We were upgraded to a jr sutie and it was absolutely beautiful. The bed perfectly made without a single wrinkle. Like a heavenly cloud of perfection. The bathroom on the other hand was outdated. I'm petite and had difficulty showering without touching the curtains. Pretty stressful. The location... more

This is a beautiful hotel in a good location close to the Ubahn. The hotel is very elegant and the rooms are spectacular. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was quite breathtaking. The chandelier in the bathroom says it all. The staff were very nice and helpful at all times. You cannot go wrong staying at this hotel. more

My last stay here was on New Years Eve and was most enjoyable. The bathrooms have heated marble floors which are very, very cozy in the Vienna winter. The fruit which awaits in the room is of the usual extraordinary quality found in many of the world's top hotels. Where do they get this stuff?! The staff is great and... more

We stayed here recently while in Vienna and truly felt like we were staying in a Palace. I will preface by saying we were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was fabulous so I can only base my room review off of that. The décor was very old world and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve had... more

We used to come to Vienna regularly and first time decided to go for Imperial. We have been affraid reading some comments about the rooms (some people commented on dust or unsatissfying breakfast etc) but nothing like this occures. From the arrival to the end it was a spotless experience. Deluxe room was nicely decorated in a style you would... more
