We recently stayed at the Intercontinental in Vienna. Wonderful place after a recent rennovation. Exceptionally helpful staff from the bell hops, front desk, operator, and especially the concierge's. Knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone spoke english easily. Underground stop just across the street made things very convenient. Excellent transportation system. more

A comfortable hotel although the rooms felt a little dated for an intercontinental hotel. Older style wall papers and bed covers etc. The room though was very comfortable and still handy to get to any part of Vienna city. The hotel is right over the road from a train station so easy to get about with public transport. more
