Just be careful when you use their laundry service. They wrote on their laundry list that if you call them before 9am, they will pick it up and return to you in the same day at 9pm. I called them at 8am and told them to pick the laundry up. No one came. I called again at around 830am and... More

This is a really nice hotel, in a very convenient location in the centre of Vienna. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the 'Wien Mitte' station which is served by the CAT (City Airport Train), so easy to reach after a flight. Liked it. Was perfect for business, easy to get to underground transport station. Nice restaurant in hotel, spacious rooms. Breakfast was not included so just check on this beforehand. More
