Found this hotel great, location is walking distance to the touristy part of town that everyone wants to see. There's really nothing bad to say about this hotel: - Location is perfect, if you take the CAT from Vienna airport you can literally be in bed in 30 minutes after landing. “Friendly Staff, but no WiFi in the room lowered the experience”

The hotel itself is quite alright, but I didn't enjoy that there was no Wifi in the rooms. If in Vienna shall definetly return to Mercure Grand Hotel Biedermeier Wien. Excellent all around without being overly imposing.......relaxed and peaceful.....close to the city centre yet away from the 'crowd".

“perfect location but rooms need renovation”

stayed for one night only, impressive small pedestrian cobble stoned way to reach entrance, very friendly personnel, but room was in need of renovation (bed & mattress, bathroom). Still within walking distance from parkring and the city center (st. stephens cathedral)

“Well worth a visit”

A very charming, comfortable hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. 10-15 minute walk to centre of town Staff were extremely helpful, even arranged a packed breakfast for our 5am departure.We'd definitely book this hotel again.
