I enjoyed my stay in Mercure Grand Hotel Biedermeier Wien, as my other home. Everything was up to mark, hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. Food was very delicious, I did not face any problem during my stay, would love to stay in Mercure Grand Hotel Biedermeier Wien again when I come to Vienna. more

WE were very impressed with the cleanliness, staff and food infact every aspect of our stay which was in celebration of our Golden Wedding. We would certainly come again. We used the hop on and hop off buses which were very convenient as we had a commentary of all the famous places. more

I stayed here for a business trip, so naturally I expected things like, internet, room service or at least a way to get a quick late meal if I returned from the office at 11 or so. This hotel was awesome. I had a very large room with an equally large and modern bathroom. The staff were very helpful and the rate I paid was very reasonable. Hotel is also very well located and provides a good mix of old world charm and new age comfort. I would definitely stay here again. more
