We truly enjoyed this hotel at our stay in Vienna in May 2014. The service was great all the way from check in to check out and all in between. The hotel is newly renovated and is very centrally located with walking distance to most things. Great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

This must be in one of the best locations of the beautiful city of Vienna. Yet it is in a quiet dead end corner, so its really quiet and everything is in walking distance. The charme of an old Grand Hotel is still there, and the staff is very well trained. Rooms are comfy, and especially the beds/matrasses of a... More

This place is tucked down a small alley in the centre of historic Vienna. We walked here from Schwedenplatz where we had arrived from Bratislava by ferry. As a family of four we were very happy with our suite (505), since it was basically a small apartment with two good bedrooms, a large hallway and a big bathroom. The only... More

This hotel is in a perfect position for walking everywhere. It is situated in a cup de sac. I think it may even be more convent than some of the larger hotels. There remain hints if the hotel in bygone times. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. The room we had was large. The breakfast was excellent and all... More

Perfect place and location, good rooms and amenities. Can only complain about hardness of the bed and mattress - while hopefully it was good for my back, it was definitely not comfortable enough Special thanks for duty manager who sent documents we forgot in the room to airport with taxi - it took 25 minutes only for me to get... I can only agree with other reviewers - this is an excellent hotel in a quiet cul de sac near Schwedenplatz and within easy walking distance of Wien Mitt (train station for the airport). We had en suite single rooms, which were comfortable and not cramped; one even had a bath. Refreshments have to be obtained from reception - there... More

This little hotel is really very close to all of the main attractions within the ring in this huge City. The location is really hidden from any of the hustle of the very nearby Rotenturmstrasse walking street. It is a close walk to Schwedenplatz Metro station if you need to explore more of the city out of the ring. There... More

This is a lovely little hotel that suited us very well. It's so central for all the main sites and for transport. There are loads of restaurants within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the decor is stylish but traditional. We found the staff charming and helpful. If I had a criticism it would be that the hot... More

The location was very close to public transportation and just around the corner from St. Stephen's Cathedral yet very quiet. We had a suite. We had a spectacular view of St. Stephen's cathedral all lit up at night from the living room window. Good buffet breakfast each day. Having complimentary umbrellas available for guests to use was a nice touch.

The location is perfect in the old inner ring yet peaceful--tucked away. We had a suite-- with large windows that opened to the cool air. It was the only room left when we booked so we grabbed it and are glad we did but obviously can't speak to other rooms. Ours was very quiet. Spotlessly clean hotel. Renovated-- nice elevator--nice...
