Great little hotel in center of Vienna. Big room, old style, with old floor. Big bathroom with a lots of towels. Bad situation in dinning area with two totally unprofessional and confused persons who has, from my experience, never worked in hotel. Unpleasant, rude, don't speak english at all. There was more than 7 ruined tables of total 14 after... More

Service, decor in both public areas and in our rooms, and the breakfast buffet were all excellent in this superb hotel only five minutes' walk from Stefansplatz. Free wi-fi and safes in the rooms were nice touches. I would definitely stay here again.

Four nights in this well located hotel in central Vienna,on a dead end small street, right near St Stephens. Quiet, so clean, very well appointed, delicious breakfast with good variety and terrific service. I have stayed very close by on another visit at a more expensive hotel that was not nearly as nice as this. I would stay here again... More

Charming restaurant on a dead end street in the centre of the city. Beautiful, clean and well appointed with helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast room is lovely and the buffet breakfast has a great selection of delicious choices.

Stay here for three nights, had a lovely single room which was quiet and clean. The staff are lovely and the breakfast very nice. The location couldn't be better you are just off the main street where it is quiet but it is perfectly safe to walk back on a night on your own. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, recently refurbished in lovely subtle colours, excellent breakfast, close to city centre, would definitely recommend. Excellent restaurant next door to hotel, slow service but lovely friendly staff. Down side, don't like shopping much, so was rather put off by the cost of things, to me incredibly expensive and seemed overly indulgent, £2,500 euros for a pair ornate flip flops,... More

Lovely hotel the rooms were nicely decorated in soft greys very relaxing, the only thing that let the room down was the cheap industrial-looking mat at the foot of the bed...a strange choice in such an elegant room. lovely soft bed and feather pillows which we really liked ( but that's personal choice). Spotlessly clean throughout. Nice big bathroom, plenty... More

We stayed 4 days with my family over Christmas. The Hotel is close to St Stephen's Cathedral, Hofburg Palace and shopping district. We stayed in the Madame Rosa Suite which was spacious and tasteful. The staff are polite. The buffet breakfast is good, enough choice, with a small range of hot options. A nice touch was a plate of Christmas... More

We stayed in this hotel two times in January - before and after our ski holiday. Both times it was a triple room. First, we were given room 603 on the top floor, and it was excellent – very spacious, quiet and elegantly decorated. It had a small entry room where we could sit while our son was asleep. The... This is a nice enough hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but once it is over, there is no food served in the establishment, and that includes room service. It is a busy hotel, which might explain why the staff was courteous enough, but no more than that. I did not find... More
