Stayed July 2014. Super clean, friendly, and accommodating -- they changed our room so that we could check in early after a hectic travel morning. No AC, but the fan kept the air moving and the evenings were reasonably cool. You can leave your windows open and, because the hotel is located in a dead-end, it's fairly quiet even though... More

The hotel is tucked away in a deadend street badically behind Stephansdom. So during your sightseeing you can go back for a rest. Rooms are all different but have all amenities except aircon. But fans are provided as we just arrived in a hotspell. Breakfast is fine abd quite duversified. Staff very friendly but as it is 3 star no... More

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The room was airy and very clean and there is a lift, which was much-needed as our room as on one of the top floors. The breakfast was great and there was lots of choice. The location couldn't have been better, we were walking distance from all the... More

Having stayed here previously, we brought a party of 23 friends this time. All enjoyed the warm welcome, friendly ambience and totally professional, multilingual staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the rooms extremely comfortable, well appointed and clean. Situated centrally, but tucked away from traffic noise, this hotel delivers all that it promises.

I have stayed here before. The refurbishments are tasteful and the staff in Reception could not be more helpful. Buffet breakfast very good but not so extensive as some other places. Make sure you check the street map before setting out from subway next to the Dom or you may go too far

The rooms are clean and at the correct temperature, The staff are always positive and helpful. For visitors without German, several other languages are spoken and spoken well. I've recommended this hotel to several friends from foreign countries and, in every case, they call me after to let me know about the great time they had and how helpful the... More

Great little hotel in center of Vienna. Big room, old style, with old floor. Big bathroom with a lots of towels. Bad situation in dinning area with two totally unprofessional and confused persons who has, from my experience, never worked in hotel. Unpleasant, rude, don't speak english at all. There was more than 7 ruined tables of total 14 after... More

Service, decor in both public areas and in our rooms, and the breakfast buffet were all excellent in this superb hotel only five minutes' walk from Stefansplatz. Free wi-fi and safes in the rooms were nice touches. I would definitely stay here again.

Four nights in this well located hotel in central Vienna,on a dead end small street, right near St Stephens. Quiet, so clean, very well appointed, delicious breakfast with good variety and terrific service. I have stayed very close by on another visit at a more expensive hotel that was not nearly as nice as this. I would stay here again... More

Charming restaurant on a dead end street in the centre of the city. Beautiful, clean and well appointed with helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast room is lovely and the buffet breakfast has a great selection of delicious choices.
