My fiance and I booked a room for two nights cut it short due to horrible accomodations. The maid woke us up at 8am than agian at 9am and a third time at 930am, there were silverfish insects in the bathroom, heat that wouldn't turn off and the maid again banging on the door at 11:30am. No regard for us... more

I am not sure what happened, but I guess we probably had the smallest room ever. Once arrived, the receptionist offered an upgrade but we directly said no thinking that the room would be a real 5 star hotel style! It was not at all! tiny room with very very tiny bathroom. The lobby was so small and dull. Breakfast... more

Love the location of this hotel. Behind the hotel is where most of the attractions are. state opera house, stephan cathedral and shopping area. In front of the hotel is stadpark which is open for 24hrs. walk a little bit further is the belvedere gallery. everything is walking distance. however, the underground and tram station is nearby. more

We stayed here for two days in August. This was without doubt the worst five star hotel I ever stayed in. Arriving at the hotel the first thing you see a Coca Cola fridge at the front door. We had to climb over luggage to get to the front desk. The room wasn’t ready until 3pm. The room was in... more

Dear guest, thanking you very much for sharing your experience of your stay, we would like to extend our deepest apologies for the bad impressions you had during your stay. The Coca cola fridge belonged to caterer serving the waterpipes for our guests from middle east, which are mainly in July & August in Vienna. We had no information, that...

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the city centre and with good access to public transport (tram 2, U-bahn Stadpark). The building itself is beautiful but the rooms could do with some renovation work. Even though the check-in was supposed to be at 15:00, our room still wasn't ready when we got to the hotel at 16:00. The... more

Stayed a couple of nights in July. The hotel has some old word charm, I like it. +Very good location, close to most attractions and good restaurants. + The free minibar is a nice gesture. +Great breakfast in a marvellous environment. + Free internet + Very helpful staff. -The standard room is a bit dark. -The bathroom was a little... more

Stayed 3 nights during Easter. Good hotel in very good location. Big, but a bit dark standard rooms. The included minibar is a nice gimmick. Ok breakfast. The only minor complaint was that when we needed an iron and ironing board it took 3 telephone calls and a 45 minutes wait before we got it. But all in all a... more

I stayed at the Radisson during a week for a meeting session. The meeting rooms were gorgeous, the food was ok, the staff friendly and helpful. But I would say it is rather below the standards of a 5 stars hotel. The bedrooms look like they could use a refreshment. Mine was quite ok, but my colleagues who stayed on... more

I stayed in the SAS Palais Hotel in Vienna while on a weeks conference. Upon arrival I was greeted and take to the reception desk where I was offered a drink during the check in process which I thought was a great touch - VERY polite staff at reception. When arriving at my room I soon realised that my room... more
