“Great staff, cool design, practical features - but pricey”

Staff is well educated and all have perfect manners. Spa has excellent calmness and gym is well equipped in an open area. A real sauna might be a bonus. Excellent hotel for our conference. Surprising mix of clean nearly stark architecture in the rooms and conference facilities and two brilliantly coloured floors - one of them the 18th floor restaurant which offers a panoramic view of Vienna. Food is no better than OK. In breakfast buffet it would be good to have some hot food.

“Service is very slow”

Though the response was very slow to fix flooding bathroom, and not cooling A/C, but at the end the job was done. The service is slow even in other requests. The restaurant at the 18th. floor was really great and the food was perfect.

Not a great place to stay, but worth of paying a visit to the 18th floor (definitely not magnificent breakfast ). Service was fine. Rooms are not that great as pictures presented on accorhotel website.
