Breakfast was oke, although the people who work at Fabrik were very very unfriendly. But the worst was the nazi hotel owner. A small mean Austrian lady who refused to try to talk English, tried to add all kinds of things to our bill for things we did not use like parking en even screamed at us when we said... More

Actually stayed here in May, so a bit late reviewing. A decent hotel and comfortable without being outstanding. En-suite a bit strange, where the sink is in the room and the loo separate. Shame they couldn't be together like most hotels. Eveything clean though, and the room was a decent size. Breakfast was ok. Mainly continental, but bacon and eggs... More

I stayed here with my mum for one night. Very short distance from the metro stop. Spacious clean room- with aircon which was a blessing in 35 degree heat (too much for my Scottish blood!) Beautiful hotel, the courtyard is gorgeous with excellent gardening. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. I recommend having lunch at the restaurant at Fabrik. We had the... More

Modern stile, well-situated near metrostation. The rooms are silent, very clean, comfortableand and equiped. Very good breakfast can be taken outside or inside. If you travel by car, hotel has his own private closed parking. Immediate area not very picturesque but good transport links. The train station is just around the corner and the line will take you to the... More

Lovely converted old linen factory into a hotel. Gorgeous courtyard. Spotless hotel. Friendly staff. Three metro stops away from district 1 of Vienna. Breakfast is lovely. Ask for an omelette freshly made in front of you. If I ever went to Vienna again, I wouldn't hesitate and stay here again

Stayed here for four days and will make it my hotel of choice for Vienna from now on. Set in an old linen factory it is a 5 minute walk from the underground station Margaretgurtel in the U4. As it was my birthday weekend, they upgraded us free of charge to a bigger room. The rooms are great, with all... More

The Hotel ist amazing, the staff friendly, the rooms modern and (beside minibar) complete - including safe. BUT: Parking is € 13,- (keep in mind: it is not the heart of Vienna) Breakfast starts at 8 am. The girl at the front desk told me to try at 7 am and yes, it was nearly complete but it is not... We chose Fabrik for our 8 day stay in Vienna as we were arriving via rail into Westbarhof and required something close by. Although not in walking distance dragging bags from there it was right on the tram line and the price was within our budget, and being new, we decided to stay there. On arrival we were made very... Dear Traveller, we stayed at this hotel in September 2014. It is an old linen factory that has been converted into a hotel. This is a complete renovation, beuatiful rooms and baths. The Hotel has a courtyard for parking as well. The hotel is 5 minutes to subway and 4 stops or 5 minutes to old town or you can... More
