Adagio is a nice apartment hotel. It is clean and equipped with all the facilities of apartment hotel including refrigerator, dish washer, etc. However when it comes to get a receipt They don't know how to operate their system. I've been three nights. I paid one night through the a company as a down payment while the rest I was... More

Our reasons for this hotel Choice were location,price-quality relationship and reasonable accomodation for 4. The hotel was central enough to reach many places of interest by foot, we booked to studios next to each other that were very well equipped, with equippment to Cook and to host the family for a gathering. The Employee at the check-in wasn't friendly, which... More

A perfect location in heart of the city. The tram station is in front of hotel, the nearest metro station is about 5 mins walk and just 15 mins walk away from Stephanplatz. Really close to a lot of cafes and restaurants as well as a shortish walk from many of the major sights. Room was very clean and came... More

We had three nights at the Adagio, arriving from a long train trip from Zagreb. Our room ,on the eighth floor (room 817) was within the roof space with sloping ceilings. As the sleeping area of this "apartment hotel" was quite limited it required contortions to get to one of the single beds! The television rested on a very low cupboard making viewing impractical.There... Stayed in the Adagio in Vienna for 4 days , open the windows and alot of traffic noise but windows with double glazing stops all noise when closed, great location and facitilies(except for gym). Would defintely recommmend. The ac works well when you adjust the temp on the dial.

The location is great. However, we could not sleep well. There was no AC. The room was very hot and we felt suffocated. When we opened the window it was too noisy. There is a police station close to the hotel and one memory is hearing the sirens 30 times a day. The traffic is non stop since the hotel... More

Dear Earth2000, thank you for your comments on your stay in our Aparthotel Adagio. You are right, our hotel is located directly in the 1st District on the Ring-street. Although we have noise-reduction windows, it is of course normal, that in a big city the police and emergency are doing their job. Our technician checked our climate-system and so far... More

Visited Vienna for the Eurovision contest and I was going to book a 5 star hotel, however the friends we went with wanted a budget hotel so we decided to stay at the Adagio. I was a bit reticent at first but I must say I was extremely pleased with the location and price. Approx 15min - 20mins by taxi... More

The location can't be better. Near the ring, with the tram station in from of hotel and the Mitte Station in 5 minutes walking. It took us 15-20 minutes walking to Stephan square. Room was very clean with small kitchenette, equipped with everything you need if you prefer self cooking, including fridge and dishwasher. I was a bit afraid at... More

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
