We were in Viena at the Adagio Aparthotel for Christmas and we were very happy with what we've found! First of all the hotel is very close from the center and most of the major attractions! The tram station is just outside the hotel and the subway is at a 7-8 minutes walk. The service was good, the personnel was... More

My partner and I stayed at the Adagio Aparthotel for 5 days in between Christmas and New Year. We had a very pleasant stay there and found the reception staff courteous and helpful with our enquiries. We were on the 4th floor in a large studio with kitchen facilities...fridge, double hob, microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen was well equipped... More

My family and l stayed here for Christmas and unfortunately were disappointed with the quality of our stay. While we have had pleasant experiences at other Adagios (cologne), the lack of Christmas spirit, unclean state of the apartment left us quite eager to leave. As we entered our apartment there were noticeable dirt stains over most of the carpet and... More

Not the most central of hotels but for a family, having a kitchen allowed us to eat on a budget. We were given one of 3 rooms with a balcony which was a nice surprise - 7th floor is you want to ask for one. The reception staff were very helpful and helped with storing bags on the day we... More

It's only 10 minutes walk to the historic centre of Vienna. Spacious rooms, but there is no cleaning in 7 days we are leaving there. If we would like cleaning service we have to pay extra. They are happy to change towels though. Breakfast at 14 euros extra. Rooms are like a studio including vacuum cleaner and kitchen

We decided to take a family trip for Christmas to the best capitals in Europe!! Vienna and Budapest. First stop was Vienna and where better to stay than Adagio apart hotel in the center of the city. We were pleasantly surprised at the modern facilities, the modern decoration, the design, the comfortable beds, the little bar-kitchen and the happy atmosphere... More

We had to pay the upgrade as the room we were offered was not acceptable. As the window does not open and in winter it gets very hot and as we were staying 2 weeks we had no choices. 2 weeks and the bed lined is change once, if you don't like it then pay more. I have nothing nice... More

Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
