Amazing find for the price. Friendly and honest staff, pleasant to interact with. All the amenities of most modern hotels, laid back self serve breakfast has everything you need plus more. I would stay here again.

We stayed for two nights at this very well located small hotel. There are only 6 rooms on the third floor of an old building. There is a charming old lift. Our room was very clean and large enough for our needs. We did not have a view as there was a wall behind us. There were long white window... More

I am supposed to stay in this pension house. The factors that I considered selecting this unit were its accessibility and price. I arrived around 2 PM after an almost 24-hr flight. I rang the bell, unfortunately, no one was answering. I tried calling the reception but no one was picking up the phone. I did these several times to... More

This small hotel (only 6 rooms) is a cookie-cutter, plain hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. The clean rooms are tiny (even for Europe standards) with passable beds. The bathrooms were clean but very utilitarian. Overall, I would not stay here again.

We chose to stay in this pension because of its location, within the Innerstade, of walking distance to almost all sites of interest and close to high end shops and cafes. The pension is on the third floor of an Art Nouveau building on a side street south of Graben. It does have an old fashioned lift which was appropriate... More

Booked this hotel through booking.com along with multiple others on a European trip. 6 weeks ago Pension a und a tried to charge our credit card, but it was declined due to the fact that we had not notified out bank. We were made aware of this, communicated with the hotel and contacted our bank and everything was sorted out.... More

Vienna in the spring. It doesn't get better than this. The A und A Pension is on a small side street about half a block off of the Graben. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. This location, within the Ring Road, is perfect for pedestrian exploration. No matter what you want to see (cafes, museums, palaces, cathedrals, etc.), you... More

At €99 a night including a light breakfast and within 400metres of St Stephens cathedral in the heart of Vienna, we didn't have much expectation. But the A und A pensIone was a wonderful surprise. A small signboard at the doorway directed us to our pensIone for the night. We entered a beautiful antique lift which carried us to the... More

We enjoyed a very nice stay in Vienna, a city full of history, museums, arts and culture. Our stay at Pension A Und A was just above adequate. It is very clean and provides a continental breakfast which you take to your room. The location is the best, as you are close to the Graben, St. Stephen's, the Hofburg, and... More

This Pension is Best if the center of everything is the most important factor in your visit. The Palace and museum are 2 blocks away and the pedestrian walking area is 1 block away. Staying in Inner City

Neighborhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the center. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
