walking distance to Kitzbuhel with free bus to the lifts across the street ,i find this family run hotel best in the area.Breakfast they serve is excellent and sets you up for the day skiing.the spa at the end of the day , just makes the stay fantastic .

We have just spent 4 nights at the Kitz Garni along with all our family and friends for our wedding in Kitzbuhel. It is warm and cosy with lovely rooms and a spa with sauna and steam rooms to relax in. Breakfasts are amazing! Lovely friendly staff too. Everyone can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Kitz Garni for a long week end while visiting friends. We enjoyed our stay very much. The interior design of public rooms is very charming - modern Alpine style. I was in Kitz Garni Boutique hotel Twice this year, and its really a good place to be. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is ok, but nothing outstanding. Ticks prerequisite boxes. Decor: rather cheap, old fashioned. Functional but in need of a serious lifting, refurbishment. Hotel Kitz Garni is located less than 5 min drive from the town centre or Hahnenkammbahn - or 10-15 min pleasant walk. This is a nice hotel in the outskirts of Kitzbuehel but still close enough to the ski resort. We have absolutely no complaints. Despite having paid an extra 20 Euros for a Double Superior room we were extremely disappointed with the room we were given. Very 'pokie', tiny bathroom without a window and very old fashioned furniture. Away from town centre a nice hotel and quiet with a nice room which are clean and warm. The food is fantastic, 5 course for dinner, and coffee and cakes available free of charge at 5pm tea.
