1. Nice reception. 2. Helpful staff- I don't think they were abrupt- more efficient and professional. 3. Nice bar, good waiter. 4. Good breakfast choice. 5. Good location for ski lifts and town centre 6. Rooms tired, fixtures and fittings old, one plug each guest in a two bed room so either choose bedside light or charge your phone. The... More

We were 8 friends staying in double rooms, 4 nights, dinner included. Our room, 503, was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and a small balcony. Breakfast was very good and with a lot of options, fresh juices, fruit, muesli, eggs, cold cuts... Dinner was good too. Staff was helpful and professional. The town has a sophisticated yet cozy... This hotel is well located towards the centre of Kitzbuhl. It has good facilities- well equipped rooms, generous common area, and good dining rooms. The breakfasts were good- a wide variety of well presented food. Dinner was more mixed, with a few good meals and some poor meals. Staff tried hard, but their manner was brusque and a little intimidating-... More

Despite giving the hotel 2 stars it's not horrible. It's just the value for money you get. Like others said before, maintenance is an issue. When you pay 300 EUR a night you expect the bulbs to be working, the sheets to be clean, no spider webs, no wine stains on the carpet and the walls to be smear free.... More

Good location and mostly very helpful staff who try hard. There are 4 stars woven into the carpet in the entrance foyer and this hotel probably deserved that rating 30 years ago but little has been spent on improving it since, apart from out of character superficial facelifts. Maintenance is neglected. Leaving apart the wellness centre (which is good) this... More

This was my second trip to Kitzbuhel and I start by saying I did enjoy my stay second time around. This hotel was not a bad hotel....But it wasn't a 4* hotel. I found myself on a number of occasions sitting in the hotel lobby wishing I was back at Hotel Erika which was regrettably full. The dinners were disappointing... More

The hotel is about four minutes walk up to the Hahnenkamm gondola and twelve minutes to the Horn gondola. The old town is right on your doorstep. Rooms are well appointed (but no safe) with underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The decor is modern with period touches and the lobby/bar has a huge fireplace and massive sofas, which, together with... More

The hotel has a great central location, just on brink of the old town. The parking is either a short walk away in the car garage for a daily fee, or a longer walk away in a free open space parking lot. The hotel lobby is very nice, with the right balance of traditional and modern. Cosy lounge with a... More

I visited this hotel in March, for a 2 day trip in Kitzbuhel. Loved the staff, loved the interior decoration, loved the breakfast buffet, the sauna, everything was well taken care of and made me feel at home. I recommend this to anyone visiting the area. The only downside was that we paid 240 euros for a tiny room, but... More

The rooms and the hotel itself are pretty much average Austrian (which is a good evaluation); the price was low and the breakfast was good. The hotel has lots of tour groups--try to avoid eating breakfast when such a group is at chow. Parking in Kitzbuhel is a nightmare so we opted for the garage parking that was advertised as... More
