We have just returned from our first stay in 5 years at the Maria Theresia, now owned by the Q! Group. It was very good. Darioosh & Arne were very friendly on reception. (Apparently the female who had upset previous TA reporters has left!) We paid a very good rate for a room and we were shown to a newly... More

We stayed for 3 nights in a room for 4 people. Positives: Great location which was very close to centre of town and ski shops/lift, very friendly and helpful reception guys and waitresses/waiters, amazing dinner and breakfast options, very comfortable beds. It wasn't the cheapest in town, but considering the location and quality of food, the price wasn't too unreasonable.... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. The decor was very unique and the spa facilities were good. The breakfast is a very nice spread with lots of variety and conveniently timed. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. However, the bar manager was rude and she was in need of an attitude adjustment. The night manager was also... More

We stayed one night due to a mix up at a previous hotel. We had a junior suite for 3 people and a standard double being 5 people in total. The junior suite had been nicely refurbished but the standard double was very tired, dark and dingy. At 645 Euros for the two rooms for the night I felt it... More

This was my second stay in Kitzbuhel. I stayed at this hotel over the crazy busy time of the big race. The initial welcome was luke warm, the receptionist taking no time to explain any of the facilities except to say there was a (very nice) spa in the basement. There was one friendly guy on the reception but otherwise... More

My wife and I stayed here for 3 short nights, which is clearly not long enough to experience all that Kitzbuhel has to offer. That said, the Q! Hotel Maria Theresia was a great base to enjoy our experience fully. Admittedly, being in Kitzbuhel during the week of the big race (not during the weekend, but earlier in the week)... More

We were forced to spend one night in Kitzbühel, from Jan 5, 2014 to Jan 6, 2014, because we had been invited to a party. This hotel was one of the cheaper ones on offer but still ridiculously expensive. Here a brief summary: Positives: The valet service for car parking was perfect and the young guy who did this was... We stayed in this lovely hotel from the 21st-28th December. Five mins walk to lift, the hotel sorted our ski passes out and had a discount from hotel from element 3 ski hire, which were brilliant , intersport less personal service and more expensive. We had a superior double room on the 4th floor with a balcony. It was lovely... More

If you've read my previous review I mentioned the horrible mullet that was served to me. Well tonight it was spaghetti mare and a creme brûlée dessert that was delicious. Perhaps they had a different chef on. The staff in the restaurant was friendly and attentive as per last night. I'm hoping this trend continues. Now if there is less... More

Very good choice to stay in Kitzbuehl. Modern but charming hotel near to ski the slopes and city center. We stayed for Valentine´s weekend and everything was so romantic! When we stayed there the hotel rooms were not completely renewed so we got an older room in Tyrolean style but we liked it for its charm and warmth. Small spa... More
