A lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms well furnished and beautifully cleaned. Each room furnished individually and had had Tirolean charm. When we arrived after a long hot journey from the main trainstation (on the otherside of town) we told the receptionist we had a reservation and we were told "no."
