A group of 5 of us went skiing in Kitzbuhel 2 weeks ago. A friend and I arrived 2 days earlier than the remaining 3 guests and shared a room. We arrived late on the Monday night, at approximately 10.30pm. Typically dinner is from 7pm until 10pm.The hotel kept the kitchen operating until 11.00pm for us and served us a... More

We were a group of skiers and stayed for 3 nights. Yes, the hotel is close to the noisy main road into town and if you have a room that overlooks that you need to bear that in mind, the hotel may offer some challenges if you are skiing with kids and have to get a few people and their... More

Lovely hotel Erika creates very personalized and family oriented atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed with front desk staff. Our suite was large, clean with wide bathroom. Breakfast buffet was well presented, tasty and hotel staff was polite and friendly. We did not take advantage of spa and relaxation facilities. Free transfer to ski lift . Highly recommended !!

I stayed in Februar 2014 here for 6 days skiing and a Meeting. The Hotel was originally built in 1896 in a Type of Jugendstil ,but was several Times since that ,extended.the rooms are lovely in a perfect condition with a Lot of Cabinets, which is important,When you are going skiing with all your clothings. The breakfast is a nice buffett and... Hotel Erika, a family owned establishment for generations, provided a wonderful weeks stay for us back in March this year. The hotel has a nice historic feel to it, which is complimented by the traditional uniforms that the staff wear. Everything went really well from the point we checked-in and were upgraded to a mini-suite to the weight we gained... More

I must say we were rather apprehensive having read the previous review. We had booked a junior suite direct with the hotel because most trip advisor clientele were enthusiastic but we need not have worried. This is an excellent hotel! Our room was large with slightly 1990's decor, but everything worked and was spotless. The bed was very comfy and... More

Staying in one resort for one week was a first for us so it was important to get the hotel and its setting right after 15 years of 2 centres. When we arrived only the barman was their to greet us and it was only 8-00 pm not a great start and even then he was reluctant to show us to... More

We have just returned from two weeks in the Erika and are already planning our return visit. The Schorers and all the staff couldnt have been more warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was fantastic with great views we could see both the Kitzbuhler Horn and the Hanhekamm! There is a set menu as a previous reveiwer mentions, however there... More

We have just had a week in this hotel in Kitzbuhel. We had 1 or 2 issues with it. Firstly the week we were there the weather was very warm, but no air conditioning in rooms, and if there was in the dining room it was never used. The food we had was well cooked and well presented but it... More
