We came to Kitz to reminisce and visit friends for just a couple of nights in November. Not many guests staying but nice and quiet. It's well located can walk everywhere. All staff very friendly and helpful and they even parked our car. Rooms lovely, and a decent size. Bathrooms also with good amenities. Beds comfy. Free Wifi was good.... More

It is all there: The antiques, the wood, the fresco decoartion, the designer-rustic charm. But most of all very friendly reception and valet staff. Room with its own room terrasse, double (!) double-glazed doors which keep out the almost constant chiming from the nearby church tower. Alpine country-style decorated rooms - as one rightly expects in Tyrol - decent beds... More

On the way back to Italy, we made a deviation to see the town. Very quiet but still had a charm. The hotel had a few guests, the room was large, the beds large and the panelling made one think of the winter and how pleasant it would be. We ate in the hotel and the food was good, the... More

decent quiet hotel, well located for skiiing. restaurant staff excellent, great breakfast even for a ravenous celiac on a skiing holiday. they have a small infra-red sauna which in my experience elevates them a great deal as its a rare but relevant offering for a hotel in an area where serious injuries commence with ruining travellers health. 2 types of... We stayed in December on the Mercedes Benz Bavarian Road Trip plan. The hotel was fully decorated and quite lovely. Our room was large with a carved four poster bed...large dining area inside the room with fruit with greeting from the hotel. Plenty of room for skis in designated closet and plenty of area for group socializing before or after... More

I am only reviewing the restaurant. I came to the restaurant twice with business clients and we absolutely love this place. We ordered traditional Austrian food and all the dishes were very tasty. The service is top notch. The prices are rather steep though. The restaurant is relatively quiet and the atmosphere is suitable for business dinners. My business clients... More

Hotel Zur Tenne is located on a beautiful and cozy main street in the city center of Kitzbuhel, and just a few minutes' walk from the ski-lifts. Rooms are spacious and quiet, however, those old rumpled pillows need to be changed. Excellent breakfast and quite decent dinner in the restaurant. Absolutely outstanding staff, special thanks to the boys in the... More

Hotel Zur Tenne was just perfect for a last minute, impromptu stop between Munich and Salzburg. It's a smaller, boutique hotel but doesn't feel like one. The rooms are spacious with lovely, comfortable decorations. My friend and I had a room overlooking a quiet, snow-covered street in the charming village of Kitzbuhel. The floor where our room was located also... More

There may not be as many business visitors in Kitzbuhel as there are skiers and tourists, but on a recent business trip I thoroughly enjoyed the location, ambience and hospitality of the Zur Tenne. No problems with the essentials of completely professional staff and comfortable, quiet rooms. In addition, the staff's friendliness and the cosy furnishings combined to help me... More
