The hotel is located in the city center, which is a good location, but not for people who ski. Also ski room is very inconvenient located and has no direct access, should be in ski boots to climb the stairs. Wi fi is a very weak signal in the room and constantly have to sign in again. No electric cookers... More

Dear guest, thank you very much for taking the time to comment on your recent stay with us. Such comments provide us the opportunity to improve our services constantly. Our hotel is located in the city centre close to many boutiques. Perfect for a shopping tour. Indeed, the hotel is not located in front of a ski slope, however you... More

I stayed at the Zur Tenne for 2 nights and was fully satisfied. It's centrally located and within walking distance to the Hahnenkammbahn. The rooms are cozy (lots of wooden elements), spacious and clean. If you're looking for a spa- and wellness hotel this is probably not the place for you. If you want to spend a few days in... More

First time at the Zur Tenne, we had a really good experience. The hotel is located right at the centre of the town, on a pedestrian street full of shops and boutiques. Although its not situated very close to the main gondola to the slopes, its only a short walk away. Since we had a locker at the INTERSPORT, we... More

First of all very rude maitre, bad service (waiting two hours for main courses), very bad quality of food, no lobby area, no swimming pool and last they tried to overcharged by charging a meal of 250 euros we never had

Together with my family, we have been in AUSTRIA for skiing, maybe 25 YEARS with some changes to Suisse !! Unforgettable 25 times, with warmth, good food, cozy places with respect for the guest. Getting to ZUR TENNE, which was the most expensive we have ever been, was a big disappointment! First of all the terrible smell of cigarettes/cigars hanging... More

this is supposedly the best place to stay in Kitzbuhel , and well located in the old town. The owners probably couldnt give a hoot about the first installment of a bad review I am about to give, because there is a video on endless loop about how wonderful their hotel empire is.( although it is smaller than my own one!)... We came to Kitz to reminisce and visit friends for just a couple of nights in November. Not many guests staying but nice and quiet. It's well located can walk everywhere. All staff very friendly and helpful and they even parked our car. Rooms lovely, and a decent size. Bathrooms also with good amenities. Beds comfy. Free Wifi was good.... More

It is all there: The antiques, the wood, the fresco decoartion, the designer-rustic charm. But most of all very friendly reception and valet staff. Room with its own room terrasse, double (!) double-glazed doors which keep out the almost constant chiming from the nearby church tower. Alpine country-style decorated rooms - as one rightly expects in Tyrol - decent beds... More

On the way back to Italy, we made a deviation to see the town. Very quiet but still had a charm. The hotel had a few guests, the room was large, the beds large and the panelling made one think of the winter and how pleasant it would be. We ate in the hotel and the food was good, the... More

decent quiet hotel, well located for skiiing. restaurant staff excellent, great breakfast even for a ravenous celiac on a skiing holiday. they have a small infra-red sauna which in my experience elevates them a great deal as its a rare but relevant offering for a hotel in an area where serious injuries commence with ruining travellers health. 2 types of...
