Really enjoyed my stay. Lovely room with balcony (Walde room) and bathroom with bathrobes, slippers and toiletries provided. Small safe in room. Room was at back of hotel with views up towards mountains, quiet at night even with window open. Room always cleaned well and had fresh smell on return each day. Hotel presents itself well with many original classic... More

We are a family - Mum, Dad, kids aged 7 & 9. Just had a week here, skiing. Pluses - v friendly staff, very good interconnecting rooms - comfortable and well serviced, amazing food, esp breakfasts, great indoor pool, nice bar. Negatives - wifi hardly worked, ski school they recommended was a pain to get to (no hotel shuttle), heard... More

As a family over New Years there is no better place we've been than Kitzbuhel. This cozy ski town was beautiful with a thick blanket of snow and the fireworks are spectacular on New Years day. The Hotel is very nice, with clean well kept rooms, a wonderful smoke free lounge (many bars in Kitzbuhel are full of smoke!), and... More

The hotel is very nice and the staff is excellent. The spa is very good, and we had an excellent time. Excellent breakfast. I had an issue with the the bed and linens - they were very warm and only a duvet was provided, so you were either very hot or very cold. It was fairly warm when I was... More

front desk is great and very helpful and the service in the hotel is really nice. Quality of food is very good. Liked the swimming pool setup but just not sure the attention to detail here. At one end of the indoor swimming pool one of the vents has come away from the wall and frankly I was shocked this... More

We stayed for 5 nights with 2 teenage sons, in 2 adjoining rooms. Our rooms were on the second floor away from the street. The rooms were very comfortable, with plenty of space and were perfect for us. The rooftop pool, spa and gymnasium offered excellent facilities of this nature. Service levels and attitude of the staff is outstanding. The... More

We booked 4 nights at this hotel as part of a ski package that included a transfer from Innsbruck Airport. We decided on this due to its location in the centre of Kitzbuhel, and the fact we were able to stay from Tuesday - Saturday. We were no more than a casual 10 minute walk to the main ski lift... My husband and I went to Kitzbühel so he could snowboard, but I don't snowboard so we needed to say some place where I could be entertained also. The town itself is charming but small, with lots of high end shopping, which didn't interest me. The hotel spa is where I spent most of my time, and I would stay... More

Great location, friendly staff, rooms well finished, food delicious. Spa is clearly amazing and fantastic views across the town and up the mountain. Only been during late summer so love to return and see if its as good in the snow. Thanks

My family enjoyed a great week at Kitzbuhel staying with Schwartzer Adler. Front desk was outstanding, and most of the restaurant staff very attentive. The spa with saunas, steamrooms and 2 pools is undersold... After a day's skiing, it's a perfect winddown! We booked a package with breakfast and dinner included. Dining inhouse covenient, but unfortunately left a lot of... More
