My wife, daughter and I had a great stay here, for 2 nights. Terrific hospitality from Natalie on the front desk from the moment we arrived. We had the family room which has two rooms separated by a curtain. Only stayed the night but very warmly welcomed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed here for 2 nights whilst on business. Guesthouse is situated some way out of Innsbruck centre - about a 25 minute walk or 10 euro cab fare. Room was clean with newish furniture and smart bedroom. It was large with plenty of storage space and comfortable. The fridge smelt odd, probably because each occupant turned it off at night... More
