Had a fantastic stay here in the 2nd week of March. The hotel is ideally positioned, straight across the road from the gondola. The staff and the owner could not of been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was very clean and the food was great. We were being picked up for the airport at about 2.30pm,and... More

Eagles Astoria IGLS, nr Innsbruck, for a family skiing holiday. Family friendly, lovely pool and sauna, a family business that is welcoming and hard to beat, and if the snow is good, you can take the cable car from the hotel's door, and also ski right back to the hotel; unique Tyrolean art on the walls, and woodwork, also a... My boyfriend and I booked a stay here, first week in Jan 2014, with Crystal Ski. Firstly we both agreed that we could not fault the hotel, it was lovely. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and basically did the job of the Crystal Rep. We had no idea where to pick up our lift passes & equipment, we spoke... More

Great hotel with lovely helpful staff. We stayed as a family group of ten and had a wonderful time, with good food and rooms and skiing on the door step at great prices... what more could you want? Nothing hence the reason we've just booked to go again this winter.

For the last 10 years I have visited 5 times Austria for a ski vacation. This was by far the worst experience. Eagles Astoria has one advantage, it's located across the street from the ski-lift. Beside that, it sucks. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. Especially, not a "wellfit". The Spa is poor, if you want to have a... More

Nice hotel with good facilities, friendly owner ALWAYS wanting to please. Free car parking, good breakfast facilities and exceptionally clean. Oh and good free wifi - great for a nerd like me. Great local facilities such as swimming lake and instant access to the mountains. 100m down the road are two restaurants, Pizzeria and 50m further a traditional Austrian food... More

Excellent location opposite the cable car station, in good conditions practically ski in ski out. Hotel comfortable and staff eager to please. Evening meal excellent choices and service good, chance to try traditional Austrian fayre but with unlimited salad bar no-one should go hungry unless you belong to the 'turkey twizzler' brigade. My only criticsm of the food was that... More

Despite suffering an unfortunate heart attack on the first day of skiing, and spending 3 days in cardio intensive care, I could not fault the very high standards of this lovely hotel when I was discharged from hospital. The 40 sq.m. room was superb, as was the half board option. The food and staff were superb. The hotel Director was... More

We spent a very enjoyable 3 nights at the Eagles-Astoria. Met up with friends who stayed in Patsch. Great location of Eagles, with the Cable Car station and bus being right opposite the hotel. Huge balcony with a view to match. Room spacious and very comfortable. Enjoyed a dip in the hotel pool! Owner multilingual and most obliging and helpful.... More
