We used a GPS to find the place, which worked good. It is in Hungerburg, which is on the side of the mountain above Innsbruck. It's really more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, with 2 rooms with bath, 2 rooms sharing a bath. It's as cute as it can be, with the owner (Frau Patscheider) helpful in every way. She was willing to prepare whatever we wanted for breakfast (including scrambled eggs). The rooms are upstairs, and the stairs are narrow. Park in their yard. The best way to get to and from Innsbruck is on the bus, which stops within a block of the hotel. We took the lift to the top of the mountain which is next door to the hotel for a beautiful view. There is a nice restaurant 2/3 of the way to the top. more
