The decoration is like in the Disney world. Room is cozy but little old. The town is just one of the beautiful place I've ever seen, great landscape and very few people. Unlike other European cities, it is very quite. The bad thing is that very few restaurant and supermarket, and the only ones close very early. But if you... More

We stayed here on our honeymoon because we wanted a small hotel that was outside the city and close to ski hills. The food here was amazing. The rooms were good, clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very tiny. If you are over 6'4 you will have trouble with the step-up shower. The breakfast every morning was well... More

We ended up here after our car had broken down and couldn't be repaired till the morning. Our breakdown cover arranged this hotel and thankfully we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The room was large enough for all 4 of us and we had a nice balcony to relax on. As we were limited to activities we could do... More

This is a cosy - Tyrol style hotel. The rooms are good, the bathroom could use a little upgrade (very small shower-space). Too bad they close the bar/restaurant if not sufficient customers so you have to go elsewhere. Dissapointing when you book an overnight passing through and look forward to the good food :( Although close to several ski-resorts, this... More

This hotel was very conveniently placed for us to travel to a number of ski areas within a 30 minute drive. The hotel is older but it was very good value. It is a short stroll from Zirl centre where there are a number of nice cafes and restaurants. The room was a nice size and breakfast was tasty. Free... More

We enjoyed our stay here and found the staff very helpful. The hotel is older and it does show, but overall it was very well taken care if and clean. Our rooms were a good size and the room for our three teenage boys was perfect. We had balconies which was nice for fresh air as we were there during... More

After booking and paying in full for a family suite a year in advance we arrived to be told their 3 suites were booked out - despite receiving email confirmation that the suite was reserved!! We did not find the staff friendly or helpful at all As we were travelling with two children (9 & 13) we specially booked here... More

Enjoyed our stay in this picturesque hotel near Innsbruck. Good breakfast and easy to find. Our bed was comfortable and the staff pleasant. We would stay here again. European bathroom is not up to American standards, but we don't expect that when traveling in Europe.

The hotel could really use bathroom upgrades. I understand the old Tyrolean charm - and the rooms were spotless, but the bathrooms ruin your impression. Lighting in our bathroom added to making things feel dirty, even though it was very clean. Light bulbs were not replaced giving a gray look to the bath. We had a room over the kitchen... More
