My family and I (husband and 2 teenage sons) stayed here for one night. What a lovely place in the heart of old town. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. We enjoyed their wonderful breakfast that is included in the price. Can't go wrong. Wife strong..which is not the case in many hotels in Europe.

We visited - myself and 2 young adult sons. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect for 3 adults. It is quaint and clean, in addition to being a perfect reflection of the Austrian culture. We loved that it was right in the heart of everything. Breakfast was exquisite. I highly recommend this place and I... More

We were a family of 2 adults, 13 and 11 year old. We stayed in a quadruple room which had enough room to accommodate us. Rooms clean and fresh. The location is great, couldn't have asked for better. Breakfast is great, as well as a plentiful European which is constantly refreshed, you can also ask for bacon eggs and tomatoes.... More

We had a 2 bedroom family room in this lovely little hotel in the old city in Innsbruck, Austria. It appeared to be recently renovated with new furnishings in our room. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. the food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The reception lady (sorry i don't know her name) was very helpful with directions... More

Great place to stay in the old city, with very helpful staff and a very recommendable restaurant to eat in as well. Our room was very clean, bright, and quiet, and during our stay there we felt like home, which made us enjoy the city even more. I definetely recommend this Gasthof to any visitors in general and to families... More

Biggest rooms I've seen in European hotels. The building is very old and located steps from the Ottoburg, Golden Roof and Inns Bridge, but the rooms are modern and comfortable. Minimal toiletries, complementary flavoured water, comfortable beds - we enjoyed our stay very much. Only downside was dining in the restaurant - service was friendly but a bit cool (we... More

Renovated older building housing what feels to be like a 'restaurant with rooms', with excellent Austrian cuisine on the first floor. Somewhat offhand service when we checked in but different person (I presume the owner) on check out which helped brighten things up. Perfectly good rooms, with newly-fitted wooden floors, athough a slightly spartan feel as befits a gasthaus rather... More

If you haven't been to Innsbruck please go! It is the most beautiful place I have ever been. The whole place is geared to tourism but not in a tacky or exploitative way. The people love their town and love sharing it with visitors. This hotel is right in the gorgeous old town in a wonderful old building. As you... More

Lovely little hotel and restaurant tucked away on the cobbles of the old town of Innsbruck. Perfect for a few days while visiting the Christmas Markets. Typical Austrian breakfast was plentiful and served in a beautiful traditionally decorated room. Bedroom spacious and clean. A great place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Arriving on a hot afternoon, I was welcomed at the reception desk with an ice cold glass of water. It was an easy 15-minute walk from the Innsbruck train station with a rolling suitcase and backpack. The hotel is tucked away on a small street in the old city centre. Very close... More
