The Penz Hotel is right in the heart of the city, and within walking distance of everything! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with over 50 items to choose from! We will definitely go there again!

One night stay was far too short for a great city like Innsbruck! We chose Penz after a long search through all the hotels nearby and we were lucky. The rooms are made for business travellers, so they lack a little bit of character, but the restaurant/bar area on the 5th floor was amazing. I have never seen such a... More

I stayed here for 3 nights. All the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The room is modern, clean and spacious by European standards. The roof top restaurant and terrace are gorgeous, affording beautiful views of the city. Breakfast is a feast of exotic fruits and other gastronomical delights. Highly recommended.

I stayed here on a local recommendation, and while it isn't cheap, the breakfast is as amazing as its reputation. The hotel is located near the historic city centre and I found the staff polite and helpful. It's slightly surprising that it doesn't have a restaurant, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The mountain view from my... More

I stayed 3 days in Innsbruch and found the Penz to be a great location. It is attached to mall which makes for convenient shoppping and the mall has a convenience store that sells snacks, drinks, candy and such so you can pick up a few items for your room right next door. there are a number of good restaurants... We stayed at the Penz one night last week. The hotel is a modern glass building among in historic downtown. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was functional, clean, average size and had a great view of the surrounding city and mountains. The open-air roof-top bar had exceptional views. The hotel's breakfast offerings were superior - with a... More

A very good, modern hotel, situated very centrally in the old town. Smart and stylish, with very comfortable rooms, it is clearly a favourite with businessmen, but perhaps lacks a little something which would make it more personal. Reception staff were articulate, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their recommendation of the Ottoburg restaurant for our evening meal was spot on. A... More

I liked the modern design and high end finish to this hotel, though it was a little impersonal and most suited to business travellers. Service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good, the buffet was beautifully presented with a wide choice, and the breakfast room is impressive, with mountain views on 3 sides.

This place is top notch. From reception to room layout of the rooms to the cleanliness and the location, everything is first class. The most amazing detail was the breakfast - imagine you are in the heart of Europe and you walk up to a buffet that has everything from seafood to a selection of fine cheese, eggs and cold... More

A slightly grumpy welcome on arrival. But our room was very clean, stylish and well designed. It is also well located near to the old town. Breakfast is very good, the hotel does not provide any other meals. A couple of things worth bearing in mind. The common areas have a faint smell of cigarettes. And whilst the wooden floors... More
