The hotel is nearly ten minutes’ walk from the main train station. I stayed in the hotel for three nights touring Innsbruck with my family. The triple room was decent in size, but my mother and sister room was little on the smallish side. Check in took one minute, literally, we were given the room keys and took our luggage... More

This really deserves another half or full star!! The rooms are spacious with great bathroom. Decor of the whole hotel is lovely. The 5th Floor bar is a hit with locals and visitors and the staff are great - big thanks to Greg (Aussie) the bar manager for the chats and info on good sites to see. The big winner... More

An ultra modern boutique hotel slap bang in the centre of Innsbruck. The old town was 5 minutes walk away. Our room was on the 3rd floor with views out onto the street. Again, the room was ultra modern. Good size with comfy bed and large bathroom with shower. WiFi was free. We didn't eat in the hotel, however, we... More

A very nice hotel located in the center of Innsbruck, Lovely rooms with a mini bar, nice big bathroom, The beds are nice and comfortable, the only thing I wasn't keen on was that there was individual quilts on the bed, not sure if this was because I was on my own or if it's the norm. The bar on... More

Very friendly staff and a GREAT breakfast are available at the hotel. Very easy walk to the center of downtown tourist attractions. Rooms are very small - or at least ours was. Really too small for my wife, young daughter and myself to be able to function. Not sure there are better choices in the city and if a suite... More

Very nice hotel in Innsbruck. Breakfast is terrific, well worth spending a few extra minutes on. One of our days was wet and it was a very pleasant surprise to find that they had a small stock of umbrellas to lend to guests

We stayed at the Penz Hotel for a few nights in August 2014. Overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The hotel is fantastically located, at the heart of the city. Our rooms were really comfortable and clean - we also got bombarded with Ferrero Rocher every time housekeeping paid a visit!! The breakfast was one of the nicest hotel... More

We spent a weekend at The Penz Hotel in Innsbruck. The hotel is conveniently located in the very center of the city. As opposed to some other hotels in Innsbruck it clearly more modern/design oriented. We loved the breakfast which is served on the rooftop terrace of the hotel. I have stayed at the hotel many years ago, this time... More

Good location on the peaceful street. Nearby there is good restaurants and shops. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and did have good recommendations what to do in the area. The breakfast, what can i say. One of the best that we have ever had! View from the breakfast restaurant is amazing and the selection that... More

Very comfortable hotel and well located in this fantastic city. Lacks a gym but hey you can't have it all. The bar on the 5th floor is brill, staff attentive and friendly. Breakfast is amazing, I've never seen so many different varieties of fruit.. Would recommend to anyone....
