Probably one of the best hotels - I loved the modern interior, the amazingly friendly personell, delicious breakfast, location. Nothing to complain about at all. Maybe a bit pricey - but well, you know what you are paying for :) Definitely worth it!

The Penz is such a lovely place to stay - it has parking directly underneath, puts you in the city center, has a bath tub, a comfy bed, free wifi and has the best breakfast I've had in ages (sans waffles and pancakes). Would definitely recommend, though it is pricey.

This modern glass structure is located in the center of Innsbruck, within easy walking distance to all attractions. Service at the reception is prompt, efficient, professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms are carefully designed, and despite (or because of) a Zen-like, minimalist frugality in the furnishings, they are very comfortable and functional. Hardwood floors are an exceptional feature that enhances... More

This hotel is one of our best experience in europe! It's conveniently located next to the Alstadt of Innsbruck, and next to a shopping complex. Most importantly, it is hassle free for the guest to park their car in their underground carpark and can access the lobby directly with lift. The room is huge and fully equipped. The breakfast is... We had originally booked the sister hotel down the street (the Hotel Maximillian, but due to my physical disability the hotel management called their associates at the Hotel Penz and they bent over backwards to accommodate us at the slightly better (their evaluation) Hotel Penz. This hotel is very modern and the room was exceptionally large by any standard. The... More

The hotel has a quite good location in the center of Innsbruck. The rooms are nicely furnished and have all sorts of amenities you would expect from a hotel like this. FOC Wifi is available within the hotel vicinity. The top floor has a very nice bar area and the skyline of Innsbruck can be partly seen. The same top... More

I spent 3 nights in that hotel. It has very cozy atmosphere, lots of wood and glass in interior design. The rooms are average size and well equipped allthough the climate system is a bit noisy and shower noise goes through walls remarcably well, so if You are light sleeper or have sensitive ears I would even think earplugs. insbruck... Room on small size. Comfy bed good bathroom, city centre so a tad noisy into early hours, keep windows closed. Great top floor bar and breakfast area. Paid 220 euro for 1 night but it is Innsbruck. !'
