Picked hotel Innsbruck based on price and reviews usuing TA and bookings.com. Very welcoming desk. Efficient check in. We had a 2nd floor room in the older part of the back of the hotel facing the old town streets and shops and church. Wonderful view and very quiet. Rooms had two beds and a hideabed. Enought room for luggage and... More

We booked Hotel Innsbruck off the back of Trip Advisor reviews but to be honest it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. We've also stayed in the trend hotel in Innsbruck and it was honestly way better. Good bits included: location, second to none & breakfast (a big must have in Austria hotels :) ) The bits we... My husband and I only stayed one night in this hotel as it was part of our tour through Austria by train. On reflection, we wished the tour company had booked us at least two nights. The hotel is close to the centre of old town of Innsbruck and is very well placed for those wishing to visit the ski... More

The Hotel is located a few minutes walk from the main street of Innsbruck. The rooms look nice and the service at the reception is very good. The breakfast had a nice variety of food. There is a pool but no gym.

The hotel is situated across the road from the Inn river with beautiful mountain views in the background and right on the edge of the Old Town. When we arrived we were checked into a room on the first floor at the back of the hotel. Dark and depressing, with a small window tucked into the corner with strong smells... More

We stayed for five nights over Christmas with Great Rail Journeys. The hotel location is excellent, by the centre of Innsbruck, the rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a room set aside for our group's evening meals, the food was great as were the staff, the highlight being the Christmas Eve dinner. Would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting... More

I stayed in this hotel whilst working in the area, so this wasn't a vacation, however it's a great location, being right in the centre of the old-town with shops, restaurants, takeaways all around. So for location alone, it's pretty good, but other things are a big let-down. The room I had was clean, quite large, it had a bath,... More

Stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms, which was excellent. Clean and comfortable - also quiet. Spa on the roof was particularly good with great views over city - a great place to relax after a day's skiing. Excellent location. Reception staff fairly disinterested and not particularly helpful with our queries. A shame and very different to the hugely... More

Hotel close to old city, on site parking, andf good breakfast. Rooms comfortable and clean , well appointed. not sure if really 4 star though . Arrival was a poor experience due to a poor receptionist allowing a hotel delivery to block the garage entrance and forcing us to double park in a busy main road outside , she made... More

Right on the edge of the old town, just metres from the inn river...wonderful view to the snow covered mountains at the front door. Great reception staff, delicious breakfast with lots of choice, really comfy spacious rooms...a super place to stay ...
