This hotel is less than a short block away from the main part of the old city, including tons of restaurants and the main historical attractions of the city. The hotel itself is nice, with a pool and sauna. We were very pleased with our stay.

This hotel couldn't be better placed for a trip to Innsbruck. We stayed there at the end of the ski season in March and the receptionists were incredibly helpful in advising on where to rent ski gear etc. The hotel was spacious and airy, but had the benefit of not being large and impersonal. It is centrally located for museums,... More

This hotel was a fantastic stay. A very comfortable and clean room, modern bathroom with a nice shower and bath, with a view out to a small pathway through Innsbruck town. This is a proper hotel (not a small guest house or B&B) with a pool, sauna and steam room, and something called a Wellness Centre that we didn't go... More

We had no reservations when we arrived in Innsbruck as we had no plan of staying but we were captivated by the small city, so we decided to stay. This hotel was a great choice. Very clean and very nice in a perfect location for walking to see the sights. It is right where the Old Town begins and also... More

My husband and I stayed here last minute while traveling through Europe. After staying in mediocre places throughout Italy and Spain, this was a lovely surprise and necessary for a good nights sleep. Beds are great, air conditioning was perfect! Views are amazing, location is spot on! Close to everything and walking distance from train station. The spa area is... More

We stayed at Hotel Innsbruck in late May 2014. Prefect location in old town and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Great amenities including pool, spa, massage, sauna, steam room, banquet rooms and high speed internet. There was construction on an old church building right outside of our window and very noisy during the day. If that is of any... More

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many of Innsbrucks attractions. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a view over the streets of the old town. A highlight was to wake one morning and it was snowing past our window. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to look after my husband when... More

The hotel is conveniently located near to the old town. The city is small. If you arrive by air, it is 10-minute taxi away. If you arrive by train, it is 15-minute walking distance. Though centrally located, rooms are quiet. The hotel room are neat and clean. Breakfast is good with quite some choices of food.

This hotel was in front of one of the most majestic mountains. The staff was always there to solve the little problems at the room, like when we ran out of soap, and shampoo. The bus stop in front of the hotel was very convenient. They told us to go to The Tourist information center around the corner, and they... More
