We stayed at the Hotel as a part of group tour for a day. We would have liked to stay at the Hotel for another day. The location gives you a very scenic view. There are lot of games and activities at the hotel for all age groups. The front desk was very warm and helpful.

Hotel is located about 20 mins walk from old town. Dinner was good and room is located on the side street and on the first floor and gets noisy in the morning as tour bus engine starts and people start making their way to the bus. Can hear the talking and the loading of the luggages. Breakfast selection is not... More

Agree with other reviews that would not consider to be a 4 star hotel but certainly OK for a short break. Rooms are fairly basic, niggled us that the curtains were not quite wide enough to cover the whole window, importantly the bathroom and bedroom was clean. The hotel does caters for coach parties and as a result we found... More

Alpinpark is decent hotel, but it does not deserve that fourth star (from the perspective of the rooms on 4 and 5 floor). It is too pricey for what it offers. Room was average, nothing special, with 2 small flat screen TVs, one for sleeping room, other for a small living room. It was dark; windows were rather small, and... More

The rooms large, clean and well equiped. The hotel is well locate its not quite in the centre of town but its a slow 10min walk from the centre of the town and train station. The breakfast is well equipped and a good variety of food. Overall there was very little to complain about this hotel, it was a good,... More

Location is good, rooms seem to be renovated recently. However the front desk staff was quite rude. The hotel hosts big groups & that can get noisy so if that is a matter of concern for you then you need to look elsewhere. Otherwise good for an overnight stay.

Excellent hotel at a good location and with friendly staff. Innsbruck is a cool place and most likely it is the reason why the rooms are not equipped with air conditioners, however, for some of our group members the rooms without air conditioners were really disturbing as they needed to open the windows and they could not get a good... Overall we had a great stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and arranged for the local ski shop to come and collect us to take us to be fitted for hired equipment. A great place to stay whilst skiing, a coach service to take you to and from any of the surrounding ski areas,... More

Lovely and cosy hotel close to train station. Easy 10min walk through pretty park to motel from train station and 'old' town within walking distance. Traditional austrian food at hotel restaurant was delicious. Very convenient inclusive breakfast with wide selection. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Innsbruck is beautiful town and cable car is a must. Would definitely come back.
