We, a family of five, just slept there and it was ok. To spend the rest of the time there is no point. There is not the slightest cozy. A very 70's design and that is somehow funny. The room we had six people were ok but is very noisy. The doors slam when you close it, because everything is... More

Like other reviews have stated, this place hasnt been updated much at all from the 1970's. The location is ok but there are better options closer to the action of Innsbruck. The price was right and the rooms were reasonably clean. We would consider a return stay if we were on a hostel budget.

Appereantly the building was built in 1976 for the Olympic Games and it shows, because it hasn't been renovated much since then. The first thing that really bothered me was that the e-mail was stating the check-in is only possible after 5pm, but at the arrival the receptionist told me I could've already check-in before 5pm. You have to pay... More

I've stayed in hostels all over Europe and this must be one of the worst. Sure it's clean and tidy, but I would rather be made to feel welcome than made to feel clean! The customer service is appalling - the staff genuinely couldn't care less about you or your stay - and that's if you can find the staff,... More

A very big hostel. Stayed on top floor very nice views of the mountains in a very clean and spacious room. Hostel is completly shut during the day so bring a padlock to lock your baggage away in the open luggage room. Take some spare change down to breakfast with you as you have to pay for a drink with...
