The hotel is in a good location, easy to walk around town. The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was really good with many options. The room was fine, but nothing special. It was nice to have a bathtub.

We visited Innsbruck with our family and booked three rooms. They were all very comfortable, spacious and clean and the beds were wonderful. Staff was helpful and polite. We all thought the breakfast was good and we even ate at the restaurant a couple of times. Food was very tasty, albeit a bit more expensive than we thought it should... More

Well beggars cannot be choosers. Since we booked our stay in Innsbruck, pretty late in the day, we did not have too many alternatives and were forced to opt for this hotel which had originally been recommended by a leading travel agent!!! If this is the kind of hotels they put up their guests in, I would never ever use... More

Good location, good place, lovely town. Not so far from downtown, and nice linked from the public transport, the hotel offers comfort and best cuisine. I would like to mention just one thing about our room's bathroom style old fashioned. (Shower instead of bath) Maybe it could be improved...!

A nice hotel with very very friendly staff. The location is good - 5 min brisk walk from the Altstadt. Breakfast is sumptuous, just loved the Bircher müsli! Only thing I don't understand is how this hotel has four stars. Ok, it may have all amenities to tick the required boxes, BUT many aspects in my opinion are not up... More

We have just returned from a trip to Innsbruck to see the Christmas markets.Hotel Sailer is very close to the airport and the town itself(old and new).Really useful. However we were given room 111 which was above the bar with Christmas parties going on;Having twice complained about the noise on two subsequent nights they offered us a discount and moved... More

Booked in for three nights in this hotel. Expected it to be really good but was slightly disappointed. The Superior Doible room, was far from superior. It was average at best. Furniture was a bit grotty and around the corners where the floor meets the wall needs a good scrub! Walls are dirty. Breakfast would have been good if we... More

The hotel was just 2 minutes walk from the main train station which was the main highlight but the room was very average and too expensive for the money we paid. This is essentially a budget hotel with the charge of a luxury hotel. They don't even have a electric kettle in room and upon asking we got a reply... More

We have just come back from a most enjoyable stay, the hotel is in a great location 2 mins walk from the station and a few minutes walk into the main town. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice. The hotel itself was beautiful with lots of character. Would definitely stay here again.

I think the widely varying reviews for this property may be connected to the great variation between rooms. They have some which are very basic and some which would appear to be genuinely 4 star. Mine was one of the basic ones. It was quite basic, but it was spacious and spotless and the bed was comfy. It represented good... More
