Booked in for three nights in this hotel. Expected it to be really good but was slightly disappointed. The Superior Doible room, was far from superior. It was average at best. Furniture was a bit grotty and around the corners where the floor meets the wall needs a good scrub! Walls are dirty. Breakfast would have been good if we... More

The hotel was just 2 minutes walk from the main train station which was the main highlight but the room was very average and too expensive for the money we paid. This is essentially a budget hotel with the charge of a luxury hotel. They don't even have a electric kettle in room and upon asking we got a reply... More

We have just come back from a most enjoyable stay, the hotel is in a great location 2 mins walk from the station and a few minutes walk into the main town. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice. The hotel itself was beautiful with lots of character. Would definitely stay here again.

I think the widely varying reviews for this property may be connected to the great variation between rooms. They have some which are very basic and some which would appear to be genuinely 4 star. Mine was one of the basic ones. It was quite basic, but it was spacious and spotless and the bed was comfy. It represented good... More

The location of the Hotel is nice, between Train Station and Old Town. However, we were a bit disapointed by the standard double room. The glass bathroom/toilet corner is a bit "Ibis Budget Like" (stealing these words from my Girlfriend) and I have to say this is not the most romantic to have a glass door (that doesn't close) when... Hotel is located 5-10 min walk from train station, easy to find and with on site car parking, less than 5 mins to old town and many other attractions, and 2 mins to the casino! Check in was quick, uncomplicated, efficient and friendly, receptionist spoke German, English, and Italian, possibly more but we weren't waiting long enough to find out.... More

I've stayed at other international chain hotels in Innsbruck and they fall short of Hotel Sailer. The large bedroom was smartly furnished. The bed and bath linens were upscale and crisply clean. A real benefit was the high standing toilet, which could not be mistaken for a bidet. The bath/shower combo was well-designed with many features. (An instruction manual should... More

Hotel Sailer is a very comfortable, stylish hotel with an qualified, courteous staff, really nice rooms, delicious breakfast and Tyrolean atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel and I regretted that I came only for 1 night.

My Husband and I booked this hotel for 26-28 May,14. I was told that the best rooms have been booked .i.e on the last floor. I was initially skeptical about the hotel and its services as I had read reviews on various website and was not looking forward to expect anything great.. but it was a delightful surprise..... The Location... More

Very good service with excellent room with lots of space. The hotel was near the city center with lots of parking space available nearby. Last but not least - we had a good amount of 'Tyrol' feeling in our experience at this hotel!
