Of the four European hotels we visited on this trip, this hotel was by far superior. The staff is friendly and goes the extra to make your visit as good as it can be. We were given two fans to cool our room which made all the difference in being able to sleep comfortably. The bathrooms are updated and tastefully... More

This is a beautiful hotel and the welcome and service is excellent. The rooms are very clean with modern facilities and the breakfast was more than adequate. All the staff were really pleasant and helpful. Right in the centre of the old town this hotel is ideally situated for all the Innsbruck highlights. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Centrally located; friendly and helpful staff; hearty breakfast; clean; quiet. The room was modern and clean, and I was very comfortable there. It is an interesting old hotel, so it's an experience in and of itself to be in such a historic place. The staff will show you the room (now an office) where Mozart himself stayed -- a small... More

The hotel is nice. It's a very old historic building that appears to have been remodeled in the last 5-10 years. Our GPS was directing us to the hotel, but the streets are time restricted, so we could not drive to it. We eventually found the underground parking and then discovered the 5 minute walk to the hotel. The room... More

The location couldn’t be better as it is right in the city center, steps away from all the shops. The history of the hotel is very interesting as well. However, the rooms were a bit cramped. My mother and I had a room with two twin beds and a tiny walk way once we stored all of our luggage. The... More

On entering the hotel you will be awe struck by the old world charm. We felt the xcelent location and property was not matched by basic needs for a family. We found the breakfast a complete waste as just across the street you would get lovely warm breakfast for a lot less.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and loved every moment of it. The staff here was so kind and helpful we felt like they were family before we left. Our room was comfortable and had a small balcony to sit on and enjoy the sounds of Innsbruck. We had a fan in our room and a bucket of... More

My wife and I stayed three days at Weisses Kreuz by the end of April and were very much happy with our choice. Starting with the very friendly staff, very good breakfast, superb location and comfortalbe room with nice top views, everything was perfect for us. We definitely recommend this place for anyone planning on visiting Innsbruck.

We stayed her in April 2014, and found the Weisses Kreuz exceeded our expectations. It is probably one of the oldest hotels in Innsbruck, if not the oldest, with a fascinating history ,. You could not be more central, with great views of the mountains and the Golden roof from the front rooms. They have managed to fit lovely modern... More

After Weisses Kruez Interlaken, we were delightfully surprised & awed by Weisses Kruez, Innsbruck. The hotel is in the old town with all charming addresses built around it. We had gone there during Easter & the general atmosphere around the place was exciting & joyous. The hotel had wooden staircase, old wooden furniture, an atmosphere that transported you to a... More
