We stayed there on the 10th April 2014. The hotel is located right in the middle of the old town and is in a great location. The hotel was built in the 1500's. We stayed on the 3rd floor. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size with its on ensuite. Another handy option... More

I have been to Austria twice and this last stay was very enjoyable. I found the Weisses Kreuz very convenient and easy to find. It was very close to shops and was a comfortable stay. Room was very inviting and I had a comfortable sleep. Although there were some noises outside during the early hours of the morning, I suppose... More

Stayed a week here while skiing at the various resorts around Innsbruck. Weisses Kreuz is ideally located in the heart of the old town. Just a short stroll to different restaurants and some of the sights of Innsbruck such as the Golden Roof. The Tourist Information office is just down the street with plenty of information on the various ski... More

A wonderful, medieval hotel, right in the heart of the old town. It has the best creaky, wonky staircase ever. Lovely quaint bedroom with bath. Nice and warm in winter. The most beautiful old breakfast room and yummy breakfast. We just loved it and would recommend it for everyone wanting to stay where Mr and Mrs Mozart stayed with young... More

My daughter and I traveled to Innsbruck to spend time in the small city together before she started four months of business studies at the Management Centre Innsbruck. I chose this ideally located hotel in Old Town based on TripAdvisor reviews and was not disappointed in any aspect of my stay right from the initial contact booking the room that... More

It was like coming back home, after a long trip:) the stuff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast delicious with a great choice, the rooms are super clean (especially in a comparison with a 4 star hotel in budapest , that... This is the second time that we have stayed in this hotel and 7 years later it is still the same and the staff are just as helpful and friendly and all speak excellent English. The room we had was on the fifth floor and quite small and looked out onto the main street which was actually quite noisy at... More

We spent three nights in this wonderfully traditional centrally located very Austrian hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right in the centre of the old town. The staff all spoke very good English and were always friendly, professional and very helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a cold buffet, but was plentiful with... More
