Amazing location, right in the middle of Innsbruck's historical center, close to shopping, restaurants, bars, and the Golden Roof. It's amazing to think that Mozart stayed here about 300 years ago, and the hotel still remains. Our room was fantastic, with wooden beamed ceilings and a balcony, and comfortable beds, and a really nice bathroom. Breakfast is included with the... more

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour around the Alps and found it lovely. Great location right in the old town with all its sights and a lovely historic building with good Continental breakfast. The room was a bit basic with a TV high up on the wall. The bathroom although ultra modern was tiny. We... more

We stayed at Weisses Kreuz for 3 nights and absolutely love it! This place is full of charm and history but has been refurbished to have the modern facilities. Staff: We arrived at 12PM and was able to check in immediately. We were offered a room with a balcony (we took up the offer) and were given a Mozart CD... more

The location of the place is what sold me. You park your car in the nearby garage (10.50€ per night) and you can leave it there for your stay, as everything is reachable on foot. The old town can be explored quite quickly. It is very beautiful and there are a lot of restaurants. The room we had was rather... more

This hotel was perfectly located in the old town pedestrian area, it had easy to find and reasonably priced parking, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were very very clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. We couldn't fault this hotel! We loved it! Don't forget to ask for your free Innsbruck club card and join the free guided... more

The hotel could not have a better location - right in the Altstadt, looking onto the Goldenes Dachl. We had booked a superior room so had a view of the Golden Roof from our window. The location however causes 3 difficulties - the hotel car park is a few minutes walk away, with a less than direct route between hotel... more

We are a family of 5 and we found this hotel to be in a great location on the pedistrian street. It was quiet and clean. The room was big...but we were sleeping 2 adults and 3 kids (no privacy other than the bathroom). It is an historic hotel with a nice combination of old features (crickety stairway) with new... more

We stayed at Weisses Kreuz for one night as we traversed from Hohenschwangau to Salisbury. The location was perfect as we could view the Golden Roof from our window (leaning out) and were very close to Hofkirche, Hofburg, and in the middle of the old town. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was a very pleasant... more

If you are taking a car book a place in the hotel garage, we had to use the public one which was very secure but a bit expensive. You cannot drive directly to the hotel front door as it's positioned in the paedestrianised area which means it's lovely and quiet. The hotel was traditional but well maintained, the staff were... more
