The hotel had nice, spacious rooms with free parking and included breakfast The rooms could however do with some ventilation or at least a floor fan as it can get a bit stuffy in the summer. Do note that the toilet and shower are separate. The location is outside the main areas of the town but the tram stop is... More

We Liked our 3 day stay at the hotel kapeller. The rooms were really spacious and the area is very nice and quiet. You easily go there by car or by tram (last stop). This is also the only disadvantage of the hotel - it is kind of far from the actual city center, i.e. You can not walk there.... More

Stayed here 3 nights because of the free parking and easy access by tram into the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful making it easier to find our way around. It was great to have a large spacious room to be able to sit on a couch or at the work desk. There was an excellent breakfast... More

We spent a night here on the way to Italy, we hade not precooked the hotel, had only checked Tripadviser on the road for some tips. This one came up and we took a chance. It was very nice! Very friendly staff, big room with separate toilette and shower. The shower was very spacious, and we have seen a lot... More

Stayed 1 night en route to Italy. Easy access off the highway with free parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and decent size. Our bathroom was a good size with separate bath and separate shower. There was small kitchenette with stove top and fridge. Access to centre was easy by tram and the hotel is at the... More

On our way to Zurich during our Euro-Tour, we stopped by Innsbruck and spent the night here. Their penthouse room was very nice. A balcony with a view of the Alps, 1.5 bathroom and a kitchen with small refrigerator and microwave. The complimentary breakfast had a huge selection and was the best we've ever had on this Euro-Tour. The hotel... More

We stayed only for one night on our way from Zermatt to Salzburg. What a great little place. I would have liked to have stayed longer. The room was well appointed - all the amenities of a short stay. The staff was friendly and informative. It is in an area close to all amenities. We enjoyed Innsbruck and would go... More

Easy access to town with a tram close by. Great hotel, great room, great staff, great breakfast. They also think of the little things, like toys in the room for our small children. Everything to a very high standard. Difficult to fault even though we have stayed in dozens of hotels and very often spot the weaknesses!

Stayed for 2 nights in June. Comfortable hotel in a quiet suburb of Innsbruck. Very convenient for drivers with free secure parking and easy access to number 3 tram to town centre. Original hotel at front appears disused and all rooms are in the modern blocks at the rear. Very helpful staff. Good wifi and full continental breakfast buffet. Local... More
