We spent two nights at BinderS Arthotel . Being on honeymoon we received an upgrading to an amazing luxury suite . The staff was great , the location is convenient to get to the center of Innsbruck , a pizza and burger stand nearby. Wonderful view of the mountains .

It is very easy to get too from the town centre, 5 stops on the no.3 Ames tram get off at Dr Grass Strasse. I booked late and it was the only available room over New Year, my family stayed in the town centre and got no sleep for the noise, I on the other hand had a great sleep...

We were just "camping" in Innsbruck on our drive back to Germany from Italy. We were just in need of a place to sleep.
This is not a 5 star venue. But it does deserve an excellent here because of the great value. 80 Euro for a double room. Very clean. Very modern. Nice crew at the desk.

Having first booked and then read some reviews, I was a little curious as to whether I had picked the right spot. I should not have worried. I would endorse the comments about the lack of a central location (although the tram - no 3 stops at the bottom of the road), but having walked to the Old Town and...

I have traveled widely in Europe, and never have I encountered the lack of professionalism that I was exposed to in this hotel. My mother-in-law walks with a cane, (clearly evident at time of check in). We asked for a nearby place to get dinner and recieved directions from the night clerk. After following her directions EXACTLY, we were unable...

The hotel itself is really nothing special -...

We stayed at this hotel for one night en route back to the UK. It was clean, comfortable and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15-20 mins walk to the old town, but there is a tram stop about 2 mins walk away which takes you into the centre in 5 minutes or...

we visited in march for a skking holiday, the staff were fantastic and very helpfull, the location is a little out of the main town but still only a 10-15 min walk or 2 mins on the train, there were plenty of fantastic reasturants around the hotel, only downside was 30 mins to and hour away.
beware of the bathroom...

The website really oversells this hotel. My room looked nothing like the photos on the website. In particular, the bed was was way too small for two adults. Someone was drilling and hammering at 10AM on a Saturday morning. And the front desk had no knowledge of when the ski bus arrives.
