First, we arrived just as a large tour bus had filled the lobby. I waded my way to an open desk attendant and they quickly understood that I was not part of the tour and got us in and checked quickly....THANK YOU! We were 2 blocks from the main historic part of Innsbruck. The room was really nice and the... More

We were just stopping over in Innsbruck travelling back to Italy from Prague. This hotel was OK but honestly a little overpriced for what it was. It is really outdated (I haven't been in a hotel room with a physical key for the door in at least 5 years!), had no air conditioning (Innsbruck is not normally warm but it... More

My reviews are from a suburban, American perspective, so take that into account. Overall, I found this to be a surprisingly charming, enjoyable place to stay and I would stay there again. I was a little unimpressed at first as we drive into downtown and found it squeezed in with other buildings and was confused about the parking. The entrance... More

We wanted to visit the Swarovski Crystal World in Wattens town and staying in a city like Innsbruck only seemed logical. We chose this hotel due to the central location and free breakfast. Of course happy with our decision. They have large bed rooms with many cupboards. If you spare about 2 hours walking around, you will cover the entire... More

No air condition and no breakfast included. Hotel Maximilian was cheaper and much better. We bought a reservation the night before trough hotels.com for about 110EUR. For the same price we got breakfast, much nicer room and air-conditioning on Maximilian.

We stood here for 2 nights. The hotel is very nice and since I was traveling with my wife and my daugther the hotel gave me a 2 levels suite that was very comfortable. The hotel is located at 10 minutes walking distance from Golden Hacht and downtown. It was a vwey good valuable choice foe the money spent.

Checked in late after driving from Munich. Staff was friendly but even admitted they parking situation was grim as their lot was full. Not a big deal. The room was spotless and a nice change having a wood floor compared to the usual carpet. It was also nice to have a well stocked mini bar with more than reasonable rates... More

The breakfast was rather good in choice and varied in many ways. Eating in the restaurant next door in the Cafe Central was also lovely with a choice of good food. The hotel is about 8 minutes walk from Innsbruck Hbf so fairly easy to reach for me and indeed others.

The hotel is situated at the historical city centre. There is parking problem for the hotel if you do not book or if it is too crowded already. The check in and out speed was efficient. The free wi-fi increases the satisfaction. The rooms was clean, large enough with two floors which was suitable for family stays. The furniture is... More

As well as being central, the Central Hotel is situated next to a popular cafe and a department store. The building dates back to the mid-19th century and the interior decoration feels authentic and traditional. The reception is small for a 4-star hotel and I did not notice any business facilities. I think you would need to make such requests... More
