Actually there are 2 good points in this hotel-friendly personal and the good location. This hotel is 10 minutes by walk from the Innsbruck Hbf and the same from Hofburg, Hofkirche and Golden Roof. But because it is on the central street of old city this is very noisy place ( a lot of people who were walking, talking and... More

Well located just next to the triumphforte. 700m from the main train station. Walkable. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Shower is small but functional. Great breakfast. It's located at the end of Maria theresien street and all attractions are walkable distance from the hotel. Annasule, goldensch dahl and the nordkettenbahn can be reached within 15 mins off a walking distance.

Probably the most disappointing, overpriced and nowhere near a 3 star rating I have stayed in a long time. The bathroom is a plastic pod which moves and squeaks as you enter it. At over 100 Euros, we were given a room with 3 beds and told not to use one of them as we had been upgraded! very Austrian..coffee... More

Our room still used actual keys. The door key was needed to lock the door from the inside as well as the outside. Internet was not available in our room unless we rented and installed a 'hotspot'. It was free if you were in or near the lobby. Every 2 hours you had to re-login. If one of us left... More

The website makes it sound better than it actually is. It felt like a hostel in every way. No air conditioning. Shower very inefficient and the whole bathroom seemed to be a strange shape and very 'plasticky' Hairdryer could be obtained at reception as could a kettle. Wi-fi is very limited so we had to rent a modem. Good breakfasts.... More

Clean and comfortable beds. Really helpful staff with a tourist friendly attitude. Breakfast is basic continental and nothing to write home about. For the summer traveller this hotel is a great base to explore this beautiful city. There was no air-con in our room, but you could open the windows wide which helped. A small lift is in operation and... More

The hotel is very close to the city center, with lot of attractions near (few minuts on foot). But... Immediatly when i entered i felt like in a hostel ( and i pay for hotel 3 stars). The restaurant on the ground floor doesn't exist, and the bar is at reception desk in a little room (the coffee machine is... More

Great location in the center, polite staff, helped us to print tickets when we came back after check out. Hairdryer you can ask on reception. Bathroom is tiny built-in plastic cabin, problem with water.

The location is unbeatable - on the famous Maria Theresiene street and right next to the Triumpforte arch. The room and bathroom were of decent size and clean and comfortable. The train station being very near, it was convenient to walk in and out of Innsbruck station to the hotel. Breakfast was wholesome with good variety and the breakfast room... More

This converted historical building is situated in the heart of the old city centre, with its attractive baroque architecture and stylish shops. It is next to the triumphal arch in honour of the Empress Maria Theresia. Yet one can easily view the impressive Olympic ski jump, designed by Zaha Hadid and the majestic mountains, from the entrance to the hotel.... More
