Nice, clean good priced hotel in Innsbruck. Sabrina at the front desk was absolutely great-- extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Not real close to the old downtown, but there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. 10 min. Bus ride to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel, good food, waiter told me to go get after dinner tea in bar, cause they wanted to clean the table, then they brought the tea to the table.

I stayed here as part of an Inghams package. Good value overall. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Excellent customer service, especially at the bar and Chrisopher at reception.
