Sometimes you find a hotel that fulfills all you thought a hotel should be: location near to where things happen, a very clean room spacious enough and provided with the little extras, a restaurant with fine food and an experienced staff, a real welcome when arriving, etc. Highly recommendable. From the hotel sending someone to meet us at the train station to our departure glass of champagne, it was perfection in Innsbruck. We stayed here for 5 nights. We had reserved a standard room, but we must have been upgraded, although it was never mentioned - because this could not possibly have been a standard room! “Overnight Stop”

Very attentive and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Menu and style of the stuberl and restaurant looked very nice but a bit expensive for us. A handy location with quick links to airport. Gym needs updating to match a 5* headline.
