Stayed the previous 2 nights at this charming hotel. 15 minute walk to the old city centre along the river, very helpful and delightful staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, great breakfast served, very comfy rooms, good restaurant, train station 1 block away, very good location and very reasonable prices, would use again.

Spent a night in the hotel with a group. Personally my room was quite big and clean. As the day was extremely rainy and cold, floor heating in the bath was simply a dream. The lady at the reception was helpful. At our demand she called about 5 cabs (as we needed it for almost 20 people) within 10 minutes.... More

We stayed her from 24th May to 27th May, 2013 in the Quadriple theme room. They did provide a buffet breakfast which was a nice spread. The counter staff too was helpful as on the first nice the heater in our room was not working but they promptly provided a small portable unit and the heater was rectified the next... More

We were pleasantly surprised at Der Salzburger Hof. The room was clean and roomy with a nice sized shower. Bed was comfortable, but a bit low for me. Very nice place to stay. Excellent breakfast, staff very kind and friendly, rooms are big and overall very clean. Location is almost perfect - short walk to city centre. Free parking and internet. I found this hotel very good value for money.

This hotel is located two blocks from the train station, and it's easy to toll your suitcases there. Aftet one night at the Der Salzburger Hof, i can say you get your money's worth and more. We got a nice, clean and well organized room for 4 people. I had a great time in Der SalzburgerHof. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were all very helpful and the food was great , both the breakfast and the dishes served at the hotel restaurant. In short, I enjoyed my time there and I'd like to come back again.

The good: once inside, the hotel has a modern, clean feeling. The decor is chic, with fanciful colors and low, modern furniture in rooms (closet was a bit remote, away from the sleeping area).
