First time staying at any of the Sacher hotels. The hotel inside is beautiful, and so are the rooms (although my room had the tiniest of beds--barely enough for my 6 foot frame). But the most striking impression was the service. Attentive at a fault. The breakfast buffet is also very good.

The front desk was so helpful, friendly, and funny! Decor is charming, location is great, restaurants are tasty. Would come back here in a heartbeat. (Only con: sometimes, I could smell smoke in my non-smoking room but, hey, that's Austria!)
