Just as many others have said, this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the train station and town center. The rooms are spotless and comfortable... helpful staff and the continental breakfast is great. Perfect base camp. You can spend more elsewhere, but ...why? Excellent location right on the edge of the pedestrian area. Breakfast very good and included in cost of room. Room adequate - small, with small bathroom, but perfectly acceptable for a short break for myself and my daughter. Excellent base for sightseeing in fabulous weather. Stayed at the Hofwirt for 3 nights in March. Found staff to be friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a great location, safe and close to pedestrian areas.
