Located right next to Mirabell gardens which is nice to stroll around early in the morning and at night. Salzburg itself is quite small so it doesn't matter that the hotel is not right in the middle of the Alstadt. Room was nicely presented and I think they cleaned it twice a day! Most of the other guests seemed to... More

This is one of the two 5 star hotels in Salzburg. It is reputed to be a hotel patronised by royalties. However, although the owners have tried to refurbish and modernise the hotel without spoiling its history, there is certainly room for improvement. This hotel is similar to the Royal Crescent hotel in Bath, England. This hotel is in a... More

We were staying in Salzburg for one night on the way to a stay in the Swiss Mountains and for one night on the way back. As I couldn't decide between the Hotel Bristol and the Hotel Sacher I booked one night in each. The Hotel Bristol was my choice for the first night. We thought we would spent more... More

We stay at this hotel for 4 nights, it was our first visit to Saltzburg. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by helpful friendly staff. Our room was beautiful. The breakfast was wonderfully presented and delicious. The location is superb, just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions. I just can't speak highly enough about our... More

I love this hotel! After a long drive from Lucerne to Salzburg, were were welcomed by the desk clerk who quickly checked us in. Then, much to our surprise, the gentlemen personally took us up to our room and asked if the room was satisfactory. I can't even remember the last time we had such personal service at any hotel!... The Hotel Bristol lives up to every expectation. Although our room was Standard, and a bit small, it was beautiful with an elegant and generous bathroom. From our window we had just a tiny view of the Mirabelle gardens. Other, pricier, rooms have balconies and lovely views of the old town. The entire feeling is one of charm and elegance.... More

The moment I entered the hotel, I can feel the ambience of elegance and aristocratic, everything looks so proper and beautiful. The room is clean with elegant decor and I can see the Old Town from my small Balcony. The corridor looks charming although no aircon, so a bit warm. The location is the best, next to Mirabell Garden, 1... More

We had a Senior Suite Room called " Theater Suite" and it was very beautiful, elegant living room , bedroom and large bathroom. The young lady staff at front desk was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. Free Wifi but no coffee or tea in room. The hotel is within walking distance to highlight places.

We rented a room via AMOMA, and paid almost 270 euros/night for two nignts. When we got there, we were given a small room ( # ?203) with the only view a cement wall of another building . When we protested, the only answer was since we did not ask for anything, that's what we got.?? However, we were offered... More
