Lovely hotel in great location. Staff were friendly and willing to help. They suggested really good places to dine. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms only in lobby and breakfast room.We enjoyed our breakfast , tradition European style of cold meats, bread, cheeses and fruits. The coffee was the best I have had in Austria. I would stay there again.

The Hotel Mozart did not live up to it’s self proclaimed 4 star status. The rooms were dated and basic with the usual European practice of two single beds pushed together to make a “King”. The hotel was clean and the main floor sitting room was comfortable for sitting with friends. Breakfast is not included and is 11 Euro extra... More

We stayed here for 1 night in August. We were looking for a hotel that was near the old town but also reasonably priced. This hotel is on a main street but we didn't hear any street noise. It is close to a pedestrian-only road that if you follow will take you to the bridge to cross the river to... More

Finding a hotel in Salzburg was a little daunting at first. They are not inexpensive, location was a big deal and quality of the rooms important. Good news, Hotel Mozart passed the test. Very friendly staff, price was fair for the area, rooms were nothing to get excited about but comfortable and very clean. Location was just a couple of... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in August. The hotel was fantastic, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant. Hotel was near the old town and the walk was only about ten minutes. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saltzburg

I stayed here for four nights with my 2 adult daughters. The staff were all very friendly and helpful but a special mention has to go to Rene who was always very welcoming, cheerful and informative. Every hotel should have a 'Rene'! If you read this Rene we will forever be amused by your "milk but no milk"! The breakfast... More

The location was a little bit of a walk from old town Salzburg (10-15 min), but it was a pretty & nice walk! We crossed the bridge to walk to Salzburg every evening for dinner & strolling through the beautiful streets, but the side of the river the hotel is located on has plenty to see as well. The staff... This is not a 5 star hotel so there are few "amenities". However, it is in a great location (a quiet neighbourhood away from the city centre but with everything still within easy walking distance), our room was very comfortable and clean and the staff (the excellent Rene and Bruno in particular) were fantastic. We'd certainly go back.

This hotel was the most roomy that we stayed in on this trip. I booked online and requested a room with a view and we got the best room in the hotel. We felt like royalty! It was a ten minute walk to the city center and the concierges in the front were so helpful! No complaints!
