Stayed with my father here for 3 nights. We both found it met our needs down to a tee. The rooms were clean and tidy. The shower was excellent, stand still and hold on!!! We absolutely love Salzburg and its christmas markets. Our stay at the Hirschen was good if you are looking for a place to sleep but nothing spectacular. Also the hotel was located close to one of the loudest and bussiest streets in Salzburg and far off to the old town. more

This hotel was terrific - from the supremely comfortable suite with lovely down comforter, to the excellent and courteous staff.
