Lovely hotel with nice rooms,a great view and a huge bathroom with a lovely bath for soaking in after a tiring day! Sadly the youngsters gabbling away outside the nightclub next door until the early hours took the shine off a little. Lovely staff and a nice building too.

This is a lovely hotel with loads of character, much nicer than the normal soulless modern Radisson brand. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the old town. The room we had was very spacious. It even had a separate toilet from the bathroom. The bathroom had both a shower unit and a separate bath and... More

location is perfect for those who want to visit the historical monuments of Salzburg. The hotel is clean and the architecture was a bit different from what i have experimented before. The staff are nice & friendly.

Booked the hotel after some reviews i belive of people that have never been in a real 5 star hotel. Headed to hotel and one of the first things was the advanced deposit not mentioned in booking at clearly shown to reception. OK....no big fuss and left it cash! Parking was the second not amusing situation so beeing on holiday... More

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff, with the exception of a very surly receptionist who booked us in, were very efficient and extremely pleasant. We had a room on the top floor with a roof terrace, the room was large and very comfortable. We had breakfast in the cafe most days, and this was very reasononably priced. The location... More

We drove up to entrance on a busy street. You have to go upstairs to get someone to carry your bags up a steep flight. There is no place to comfortably park you car so we ended up blocking traffic, cable cars and horsedrawn carriages. The drivers of the horses cursed at me for blocking traffic. They did not apologize... More

As a family we wanted a hotel with a location close to the old town, with a separate room for your child. The location of this hotel was spot on, we walked out of the door to the hotel into the narrow streets of the old town. The suite we had was very large, and the flowers and chocolates I... More

From a location perspective this hotel is 10/10. The hotels interiors has best of both the worlds i.e it's got the local culture along with the modern facilities. The staff especially Veera were very helpful in providing any kind of assistance. I had read a review earlier that there aren't elevators and hence one needs to lug heavy bags -... More

We are currently staying at this hotel and can tell you that it has the best location and super rooms to live in. However there is something wrong with the management here. At least you would expect a five star to provide a tea maker in the room. When asked for one we were told the hotel has only three... More
