This is a strange review as we never really stayed here. When we arrived we were told there had been a delay in several people leaving and so we could not stop there. However, they booked us into a better hotel and paid for a taxi to take us there. For the service they offered us in overcoming the problem... More

We had two rooms for two nights during our recent stay. The only two positives are good location and comfortable beds. The baths and rooms were not clean. I don't believe they mopped the bath floor. One of our rooms felt claustrophobic. The shower has a large bottle of body wash to be used by successive guests. While this was... More

Also the phone number of the... More

The hotel is only 10 mins walk to the old part of the town. It was also about 20 minutes walk from the train station. The hotel is converted from a historical building but the interior structure is very modern and clean. Official website: austrotel.at/hotel-mirabellplatz/en/the-hotel/rooms/ This is a valuable choice if you don't mind abit of walking after an evening... More

wonderful friendly English speaking staff. Just a beautiful quaint city. Stay two nights minimum. rooms are clean and adequate space. A bit on the rustic side but nice. Breakfast is good, only drawback is no a/c in the room but it's europe so open the window.

We recently stayed at this great Hotel. It is very centrally situated and has staff that are extremely helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor and very well appointed. It was very warm while we were in Salzburg - around 38 Celsius. Our room was a little warm however there was good cross flow ventilation by leaving the windows... More

This hotel is well located. And has a lovely history. They say that even Mozart used to learn how to play the piano here. And the Von Trapp family (the sound of music family) slept one night at this place. But is very expensive for what they give you. The rooms are sparse. With curtains that have holes in them... More

I stayed here with my daughter last week. It should have been for 4 nights but the first night we were sent by taxi to another hotel as a coach party had overstayed due to a broken down coach. I was very disappointed as I had stayed here before and the substitute hotel simply was not up to the Hotel... More

Although location is very good, we didn't feel to well here. It's understaffed, with one person running around trying to help everyone. This leads to inferior service, although the receptionist is trying to do her best. The rooms (we had two different ones at two 1-day stays) are cramped. Breakfast normally not included. Expensive compared to what it provides.
